lildave3 Posted 2 October 2010 Posted 2 October 2010 The guy is just a hero. Nobody can dislike him, great guy. His touchline run today was better than Mourinho's against Man United - fact. Hugging the lino !
lcfc_jme Posted 2 October 2010 Posted 2 October 2010 Diplomatic interview post-match by Chrissy P. The man can do no wrong. Sensational bloke.
Guest Bilo Posted 2 October 2010 Posted 2 October 2010 I love Chrissy P. The man is an absolute diamond and it's a genuine pleasure to have him at this club.
Ozwin Posted 2 October 2010 Author Posted 2 October 2010 I was gutted they didn't show his touchline run.
haraven Posted 3 October 2010 Posted 3 October 2010 I was gutted they didn't show his touchline run. If anyone got it filmed, please post it.
poopbutt Posted 3 October 2010 Posted 3 October 2010 commitment alone is not enough to manage a club.. he hasn't the experience needed.. if it was a random person from any other club people would tear the idea to bits, its only because of his Leicester connection.. people are using there heart when they say they would love him to stay on as manager.. that's the whole point you div, he knows the set up inside out. think about what you write you mutant. he's not a random person from any other club you pleb
Fox92 Posted 3 October 2010 Posted 3 October 2010 I love me some Mike Stowell. He's just a passionate about the club, jumping up and down, telling the players etc.
m00nie Posted 3 October 2010 Posted 3 October 2010 that's the whole point you div, he knows the set up inside out. think about what you write you mutant. he's not a random person from any other club you pleb And just what managerial experience has he got? None.. Hence il stand by my previous replies.. He's not ready to take over as manger full time. If you wana tell yourself other wise because you think knowing the club is enough then good to you..you keep lying to yourself.. Div..
m00nie Posted 3 October 2010 Posted 3 October 2010 Worked for shearer Who did shearer become permanent manager off then?
Jimothy Posted 3 October 2010 Posted 3 October 2010 And just what managerial experience has he got?None..Hence il stand by my previous replies.. He's not ready to take over as manger full time.If you wana tell yourself other wise because you think knowing the club is enough then good to you..you keep lying to yourself.. Div.. To be fair your original quote was: when moussa scored the third and powell ran half way up the pitch was a great sight..no one can deny the passion and commitment but there not permanent material sorry... The last part to me says you think they will never be permanent material. They might not be the right people now, but in Powell's case especially they are certainly management material. Powell is articulate, calm, intelligent, tactically aware (from what I saw yesterday we might not have play amazingly but he picked a good team in a formation that suit our players), he's passionate, and from listening to his interview yesterday he knows how to make players happy and motivate them. What more could you want from a manager? And now he'll be working under one of the most experienced managers in world football and learning from him. If Sven stays for a decent length of time then when he does go I think Powell will be the perfect man to step up.
Goddard Posted 3 October 2010 Posted 3 October 2010 Who did shearer become permanent manager off then? Wow you're bright, I was actually backing you up referring to his spell in charge of Newcastle.
m00nie Posted 3 October 2010 Posted 3 October 2010 To be fair your original quote was: The last part to me says you think they will never be permanent material. yea maybe wasnt worded right.. people was on about he should stay on as manager and who needs sven etc hence the reply meaning hes not ever managed before hes not ready to be permanent manager...
Champ Posted 3 October 2010 Posted 3 October 2010 If it wasnt for Chris Powell........... we'd possibly be in the Premiership, because Wayne Brown would av played against Cardiff in the Playoffs n Hobbs would av had Bothroyd in his pocket, again, had Powell not thrown his handbag around over Brown's political persuasion.

What an ignorant view. Brown's political view affected more than just Powell, Brown was basically saying that he wanted rid of every black player by voting for the BNP.

Please be joking? Anyone would rather have a man of Powell's enthusiasm and integrity rather than an ignorant racist who is partial to hoofing a football. Also who the fk plus 1'd this?
