As an aside, I heard that the deal's been held up because Roberts wants assurances he's going to be playing week in week out. He doesn't want to be a bit-part player after his time at Blackburn.

Latest news is that Sven's okayed three trips to the Aviary per week as long as he's allowed to accompany him on two. No biscuits allowed. Expect an announcement before kick-off tomorrow.
