JCWfox Posted 25 October 2010 Posted 25 October 2010 ALBION will be backed by a bumper following in tomorrow night's Carling Cup clash at Midlands rivals Leicester (ko 7.45pm). The Baggies have already sold 3,200 tickets for the fourth-round tie. Seats - priced £10 for over-18 season ticket holders, £15 for over-18 non-season ticket holders, £5 for under-18s and £3 for under-12s - will remain on general sale at the East Stand box office until 1pm on the day of the game. At this stage, Albion have been granted a 4,000 ticket allocation and, if stocks last, seats will be on sale at the Walkers Stadium on the night. Link Theres going to more of them than us!!!
JCWfox Posted 25 October 2010 Author Posted 25 October 2010 Doesn't look like many on the stadium view on the ticket website, im guessing around 7/8,000, so with there allocation so far i'd say 12,000ish?? hopefully there'll be a good turn out of people buying on the gate
C-man Posted 25 October 2010 Posted 25 October 2010 They could bring 20,000 and still not make a peep.
JCWfox Posted 25 October 2010 Author Posted 25 October 2010 True however we can hardly talk can we seeing thats regular for us at home games!!
JCWfox Posted 25 October 2010 Author Posted 25 October 2010 What, 10quid for adults and 5quid for under 18's doesnt seem to bad at all to me considering its a premiership side and for a place in the quarter finals
J.Lisemore Posted 25 October 2010 Posted 25 October 2010 Not suprised they've sold out really. Prices are decent IMO.
Fox92 Posted 25 October 2010 Posted 25 October 2010 Fair play to them, ecspecially for a night game and all. Hope they leave disapointed though.
lestajigs Posted 25 October 2010 Posted 25 October 2010 Our support is a desrace for a last 16 cup game v a premiership side!!!
lcfc_jme Posted 25 October 2010 Posted 25 October 2010 .Our support is a desrace for a last 16 cup game v a premiership side!!! Yes, it is an absolute disgrace that we can not sell out our stadium for a home game against that well established Premier League team West Bromwich Albion, especially considering how good and well placed we are in the league.

lcfc_jme Posted 25 October 2010 Posted 25 October 2010 Guess you'll be staying away tomorrow then!! Correct, though that's more to do with me living in Nottingham and not wishing to attend home games - as has been the case for a few seasons now - than the opposition we're playing. Great effort from Albion if true though.

They're on a good run but not exactly established are they? The typical yoyo club.
dogadug Posted 25 October 2010 Posted 25 October 2010 Ticket prices in general are ludicrous No they aren't
1964FOX Posted 25 October 2010 Posted 25 October 2010 Got my Barnsley tickets earlier and the nice ticket office told me we had sold 8000 and the Baggies had sold 2000 and had been allocated more tickets a few days ago so can believe they have now sold 3000+. hopfully a good atmosphere as they will be right opposite us in the family stand.

Maybe we can inspire the Kop into a frenzy and have two walls of noise filling the stadium.

The club are aiming for 15,000. I suppose that was reliant on a half-decent result Saturday.
Tommeh Posted 25 October 2010 Posted 25 October 2010 We'd take around 4 possibly 5k if it at was their gaff. With those prices, Never really rated Albion as fans at all.
ozleicester Posted 25 October 2010 Posted 25 October 2010 I assume there will be tickets available at the gate?... unless an ST holder has a spare theyd like to sell?
scatdoctor Posted 25 October 2010 Posted 25 October 2010 Maybe if season ticket holders got tickets as part if the booklet. This wouldn't be the case.
Corky Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 Maybe if season ticket holders got tickets as part if the booklet. This wouldn't be the case. But we've already had a home cup tie this season, so you'd still have to pay for this game. And given prices in general today, £10 for a 4th round cup game isn't too bad.
kylestyle06 Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 Ok im going to be getting tickets on the gate tonight. Being a L1 season ticket holder, I would like to sit in L1.. Can someone tell me the seating arrangements, where the best atmoushphere is, and the chance of moving to the atmousphere? Thanks in advance.
