It doesn't really matter who's on the board since company law and The Football League regulations relate to people acting as a director whether or not they are actually "directors" on the board.

Also, were people not moaning Stringer didn't push issue's hard enough in the past and ask these questions? I do find Stringer annoying sometimes but on certain things he just can't win with some people.
