Great for Waghorn and Vassel to get one each and perhaps even better that Richie scored too! 2 points behind Derby in 7th. Quite a few of the results were pretty favourable for us today. Confidence should be sky high after this one and now we know it's not just Kingy who knows how to put the ball in the net. We should be aiming to go unbeaten at least until Swansea now. Delirious!!

Donny should have got to half time 1 or 2 up, we were awful, just improving slightly towards half time with Vassell down the middle for Bednar. The penalty was an absolute joke, keeper took out his own player then Dyer fell over the pair of them. Very showy but effective technique from Gallagher. Second half we were much better but still far from great, we have played as well as this many times in recent weeks, in fact it was a fairly typical city performance from what I could see. Two differences though, Donny more or less gave up and our attempts on goal actually found the net. That said, Sullivan should have done better with Wellens effort, Vassell was lucky not to be given offside and the ball rebounding to Waghorn was just very,vert, lucky. On a different day.....

And I was at the game, Donny should have been 3-0 up after 15 mins, they missed 2 absolute sitters in addition to their goal. The penalty was never a penalty. We were better than Donny after that but I think they were completely disheartened.

Fantastic result, I shall be sinking a few later, no problem... :thumbup: Just making the point that it was just one game (half a game really) and that we have played just as well recently but without todays obviously good fortune we have failed to get the win. Still lots to do if we are going to trouble the playoffs. Think thats a bit harsh, looked a proper clean strike on the replay, right in the bottom corner. Clean enough strike but it was from 25+ yards and Sullivan seemed to have it covered. Bit 'Weale like' I thought.

This is Leicester we're talking about, for every victory against Cardiff there's a defeat against Bristol City, for every 5-1 thrashing there's throwing goals away at Watford Unless we can follow it up with something it means nothing
