In 1821 the residents of the city voted for their favourite colour and from that moment it has always been yellow. And their favourite food is croissant filled with raw bacon. The age of consent in Portugal is 27. Campaigners have campaigned against it but gave in during 1972's Sex Week (Jan3rd-9th) and just gave up. The Lisbonites can be recognised as one leg is 3" shorter than the other. This is due to the practice of tying a donkey to one leg at birth - which remains there until their 8th birthday.
