If you want to see real punching on the football pitch, look up the video of Franny Lee fighting his way off the pitch in the 70s...

He fooking wound his arm way back before slamming the guy in the head from behind!! Had he just been a little more 'lucky' with his hit, Chivu might just have knocked him out. I agree there was no need for the rolling around, he could've just gone to ground. But it seems in these days you try to get the attention of the officials. As for Franny Lee, that looked more like a over-aggressive drunk git punching air than anything else
