Lack of concentration from Mee let the striker get in and he was never going to get the ball once the striker was through.

Sinclair had 2 great chances to put England ahead before that penalty though. He's quite selfish.

just think. if we'd had mee in the team all last season maybe weale would have gotten good enough at saving pens to beat cardiff in the play offs. all part of sven's master plan?

HAHAHAHAHA

Forgot about the third one, as it was a tad innocuous, well the second one against Millwall that is

Mee and Naughton have looked very comfortable.

Not sure what game you were watching. Even putting the pen aside Mee looked like the weak link in our defence. Lost his man a couple of times and didn't really seem comfortable on the ball to me. Naughton had a few dodgy touches as well.

lol Don't know about that but I was wondering the other day if Sven had maybe been watching the tapes of our play-off victory under MON. Could explain why he has signed Ricardo? Might be thinking of using the same last minute specialist pen stopper keeper change tactic  I like his thinking if so!

Agree with Ric Flair, Mee never looked comfortable at the back and more often than not look hurried and panicked whenever he got the ball. Naughton looked solid enough, and, for me, put a more than decent shift in.

1st half Naughton was probably England's most comfortable player. Mee looked crap all match.

Haha, I hope so. Tricky debut against Millwall but he looked like he was coming into his own for us, against Sheff United and Barnsley. Just hope this doesn't give his confidence too big a knock.

Is anyone else concerned by the number of games Naughton has been playing recently, he is still relatively young would have preferred him to have had a rest rather than playing for U21s. King too. An injury to one of those 2 could seriously **** up our season. Don't get me wrong it's great to have players getting international recognition but maybe give them a rest at half time against the sheep when we are cruising. Neither seems particularly injury prone, but it can't do any harm.

Good idea, but think it might be too tight a game for that?

When your alternatives are Lamey, Neilson and Frank Moussa then i'm glad we've not rested them yet.
