ta-fc Posted 9 March 2011 Posted 9 March 2011 Sven has tinkered with the side too much, we had a good spirit and trust in the man next to you to do there job... So what does Sven do? randomly bring in loan signings and put them straight into the team. Goalkeeping is 80% communication 20% ability, so saying the only problem is that Ricardo punches the ball is rubbish, Weale did nothing wrong but cause we brought in a 'name' he loses his spot. On this run of form I wouldn't expect Sven to be here much longer as its starting to look like 10m p!ssed up the wall.

Raj Posted 9 March 2011 Posted 9 March 2011 Not gonna name names but Svens last batch of loanees has fcuked it up for us. He'd done amazingly well to turn us around from the shambles of Sousas team and deserves alot of praise. But he tinkered too much when the team didnt need anymore tinkering and THATS whats cost us a play off slot
Babylon Posted 9 March 2011 Posted 9 March 2011 Indeed, problem is most of those doing the criticising don't seem capable of doing so without going ridiculously over the top about things. On this run of form I wouldn't expect Sven to be here much longer as its starting to look like 10m pissed up the wall.
CupidStunt Posted 9 March 2011 Posted 9 March 2011 At no point did I say he should be sacked! How words get twisted! Mee gave that penalty away (3rd in a leicester shirt) And in a quick reply to funny boy above-if yakubu and vassell dont close down then we're inviting pressure onto us Fuk mee, has he gave away 3 Pens?
The Year Of The Fox Posted 9 March 2011 Author Posted 9 March 2011 Yeh. And if you wanted to really point out his inexperience he's also gave a penalty away (and sent off) for an england u21 game-i think it was u21- whilst hes been a leicester player
lcfc_jme Posted 9 March 2011 Posted 9 March 2011 Yeh. And if you wanted to really point out his inexperience he's also gave a penalty away (and sent off) for an england u21 game-i think it was u21- whilst hes been a leicester player Definitely wouldn't have happened if he were a Manchester City regular. I know this for a fact because Joleon Lescott plays regularly for Manchester City and he never gives away penalties. Never ever. Experienced players never get sent off at international level, either. Nobody with any experience has ever been sent off for England. And I know for a fact nobody would get sent off in a World Cup Final.
Corky Posted 9 March 2011 Posted 9 March 2011 Only if those same people look who we won against, such amazing teams as Doncaster Rovers, Sheffield United, Direby and other highlights of bottom end of the table If we can beat the teams that were below us, but can't beat the ones above us - then we're right where we deserve to be, mid-table... Not a great return for a few pennies short of £11m in addition to our pre-existing staffing costs We've also beaten Swansea, Forest, Leeds as well, who are, by my recollection, above us.
hackneyfox Posted 9 March 2011 Posted 9 March 2011 Let's all wait till it's dark and then go and burn down Sven's house.
Babylon Posted 9 March 2011 Posted 9 March 2011 We've also beaten Swansea, Forest, Leeds as well, who are, by my recollection, above us. Most teams were above us when he first arrived, so most teams we've beaten were above us.
Christoph Posted 9 March 2011 Posted 9 March 2011 Some people on this forum amaze me. Never enough for some Leicester fans.
artursteppe Posted 9 March 2011 Posted 9 March 2011 OK boys, face the truth! Weale is sh1t and at the moment Ricardo looks no better. Can we still get an emergency loan player in, because this is an emergency!
hackneyfox Posted 9 March 2011 Posted 9 March 2011 lcfcstu Let's all agree with you that Sven has lost the plot, and get rid. Who would pick as the next manager? Who would be your first eleven from the players we've had over the last 12 months?

Who would be your first eleven from the players we've had over the last 12 months? I'd guess at the following. Team Name: The Untouchables Manager: Nigel Pearson GK: Weale RB: Morrison CB: Hobbs CB: Bamba LB: Berner LW: Waghorn CM: King CM: Wellens CM: Abe RW: Dyer ST: Fryatt
hackneyfox Posted 9 March 2011 Posted 9 March 2011 About what I'd expect, it kind of picks itself really doesn't it, they've all been so great for at least the last 2 years. I'm glad we paid 3 million for Waghorn and signed Dyer up for 4 years, they're the future of the club, just need to get future england goalie and cente half Weale & Hobbs back in the side and we'll have the spine of a team sorted.

I'm happy for Dyer and Waghorn to get a chance to be honest. If a player like Vassell is off form I have no problem in giving someone else a run in the team, that's how it should work. If a player stays in the team no matter what they do on the pitch, the squad will lose interest as nothing they do will have an effect. That's one of my gripes with Sven. Having said that those players on the fringes have got to take their chances when given, there have been too many occasions where they have been given a chance and have not helped themselves by being very poor. Plus, it has to work for everyone. If someone like Vassell has a poor game people are quick to ask for him to be replaced. But the Hobb's and the Waghorn's seem to be able to get away with shitness without critisism.
Babylon Posted 9 March 2011 Posted 9 March 2011 I'd drop Yuki and bring in Big Steve tbh, Babs. I forgot about him. Is he still alive, have we turned him into glue?

And what about giving Oakley a five -year deal too? Remember, he captained us to a league title! Surely that entitles him to legend status?
The Year Of The Fox Posted 9 March 2011 Author Posted 9 March 2011 Lcfcjme- the point is how many games has he played for us and england?
lcfc_jme Posted 9 March 2011 Posted 9 March 2011 Lcfcjme- the point is how many games has he played for us and england? Twat You moan because the guy's inexperienced and gives away penalties - I merely pointed out that experienced players also give away penalties and get sent off at the highest level of the game. Can't see the problem? Mistakes happen in defence, especially where young players are involved. If you can't deal with it you're watching the wrong game. Don't worry though. Don't let the fact that since having a horrific first 5 minutes in professional football the kid has looked assured, solid, reliable and comfortable when called upon and been one of our best players despite our fortunes taking a downward turn recently cloud your judgement and prevent you being a moronic knee-jerk reactionary willy puller. No, what we should actually be doing is hammering the lad for being a tad unlucky at times, calling him shit and keeping him out of the side so that he can't get experience and learn how to become a better defender. It's the sane thing to do. Weren't Beckham and Rooney sent off for England whilst relatively inexperienced but playing in big games? Completely ****ing damaged their progression and careers, that did. Sons of bitches. EDIT: Fvck my last point, I forgot that's irrelevant as they've never been Leicester players. Damn me and my stupidity.
Simmo86 Posted 9 March 2011 Posted 9 March 2011 This thread :crylaugh: You Sven bashers need to get a grip!! He is human you know! The man makes mistakes, but I have no doubt that he has pinpointed our weaknesses and when he gets a PRE SEASON to sort it out he will do and we'll be better off for it!!
hackneyfox Posted 9 March 2011 Posted 9 March 2011 No, we must be burn him out of his house tonight and chase him from the city.
