Iain Hume at the time of his departure I was slightly sad because I felt he would have been a key figure in our attempt to return to the Championship, but since his departure we stormed League One and reached the Play Offs in our first season back in The Championship, so overall we've done better without him. Selling Max Gradel was just simply retarded - especially to a team like Leeds, should never sell players to Clubs in the same country.
