Larry_LCFC Posted 5 April 2011 Posted 5 April 2011 Reading are currently up 1-0 against Preston. Not good for us and they will sit happily in the 6th spot 7 points ahead of us. As much as it pains me to say it, if Reading get this win we are ****ed. :l
ozleicester Posted 5 April 2011 Posted 5 April 2011 are the current inform side in the championship. Cmon Preston
ajthefox Posted 5 April 2011 Posted 5 April 2011 As things were, a change in our form could've made it happen, but if the gap is 7 points by 10 tonight we're out of it I think. Even thought we still have to play reading, there's too much to do.
The Doctor Posted 5 April 2011 Posted 5 April 2011 Was it just me who saw the sub-title to this thread and thought it would be about chatting up locals at an away game?
Craig Posted 5 April 2011 Posted 5 April 2011 Even if things stay as they are, Reading go to Forest on Saturday. A win for us and Forest would mean the gap would be back at 4 points, with both to play. Tonight won't be the end of it, but it's certainly close...

ozleicester Posted 5 April 2011 Posted 5 April 2011 10 mins.. cmon preston.. steal one more (or just hang on)
Matt Posted 5 April 2011 Posted 5 April 2011 **** SAKE 2-1 Don't get angry for Reading scoring, We only have ourselves to blame for our position. And how many chances have we been given over the last few weeks to take advantage over other results? What makes you think we'd take the advantage if Reading drew or lost tonight?

Least we would have still had some hope. Yeah we have screwed our season up over the past few weeks but we would've still had a bloody good chance if Reading had flopped tonight
cc_star Posted 5 April 2011 Posted 5 April 2011 I know I'm usually positive... but even I am feeling a tad down
Lester LXXIV Posted 5 April 2011 Posted 5 April 2011 Oh well. Let's still give it our all, good to end on a high to give momentum into next season! We mustn't forget how bad our start was, promotion was always gonna be a long shot!
ozleicester Posted 5 April 2011 Posted 5 April 2011 Hmmm Reading have won 7 in a row.... so.. its possible then, oh...and they arent as good as us.
