Bob.For.The.Win. Posted 16 July 2011 Posted 16 July 2011 What happened to Jimmy Kébé, he is still at Reading... Anyone still want him?
Ashley Posted 17 July 2011 Posted 17 July 2011 Ishmel Miller, should we fail for Maynard or Yakubu. As for someone mentioning Carlton Cole, we have no chance.
SPF07 Posted 17 July 2011 Posted 17 July 2011 As it would appear the Yak / Maynard deal MAYBE dead in the water, Sven will clearly be looking for alternatives. Bellamy appeared in a 2nd string reserve outing for Man City yesterday and Sven has publically stated he is looking for someone who can get in behind defenders. Does Craig Bellamy fit this bill? (Similar player to Mackail Smith but better!) Also, Sven has links with Man City, could be a possibility? Thoughts? .... And before anyone goes off on one, this hasnt been linked just a thought. I know people have there own opinions of him but he is still good enough for our Massive club

Callabinho Posted 17 July 2011 Posted 17 July 2011 Haha, take a look at the Yak thread, Jizz is ready and waiting!

samstown92 Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 I dont understand why we haven't been linked with Bellamy, 32 now, he knows sven, the player we are looking for... i'd defo go in for him! but we have never been linked with him!

Happy Fox Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 Shane Long, if we cannot get Maynard bring this guy in 5m should do the trick, Reading will sell
Darkon84 Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 Shane Long, if we cannot get Maynard bring this guy in 5m should do the trick, Reading will sell I wish, but isnt the asking price about £10million?
Ric Flair Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 Aruna Dindane and Bakary Kone, watch the fookers go.
CosbehFox Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 About to join Red Bull Salzburg after turning down Swansea.
Danno Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 Out of what we're being linked with this week: Pantsil, Ball, Routledge, Maynard/Yakubu
MikeyT Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 Matt Taylor. Apparently going to be holding talks with West Ham over a 1.2 million move. I'd have him at Leicester, Good player.

Same here mate, did he play under Allardyce at Bolton? Might swing it for them, plus he's a southern trump knocker an'all so he'll want to be back in London.

Ric Flair Posted 20 July 2011 Posted 20 July 2011 Do not be surprised to see Kenny Miller linked with us over the next week or so. I can see his agent having a quiet word with Svennis tonight at the match. Not sure i'd be keen but I could easily see this gathering pace.

Kenny Miller not a bad shout, I think Bursapor only want £600,000 a bargain
Happy Fox Posted 20 July 2011 Posted 20 July 2011 Looks like Kenny may be heading off to Cardiff after they met the turks valuation 1 million euros http://www.walesonline.co.uk/footballnation/cardiff-city-fc/2011/07/20/cardiff-city-move-closer-to-signing-kenny-miller-after-matching-bursaspor-valuation-91466-29089230/?
Garysbrokentoe Posted 20 July 2011 Posted 20 July 2011 Still think jimmy bullard has something to offer if he would drop his wages.
