If/when Masilela signs we'll have pace from the full backs. And if Maynard joins that'll be the attack just about sorted. Any other player after that would probably come in to bulk out the squad a bit and used for the occasional rotation but I'd just like to see someone who runs at players, creates space for others, uses some tricks and turns along the way, a proper cocky little shite. Hack Posted 8 July 2011 Posted 8 July 2011 Seems we are letting Dyer go to Sheff Wed. We have done well buying 2 CB, 1 RB loaning 1 LB, 1 CM, 1 Striker, and a GK. So back to my point about losing Dyer. We need some fast wide attacking men. I know We will have Gallagher and Vassell as we did last season and posibly Nugent can play wide, I believe we need some true wingers/strikers. Don't have any names to offer ,but I think this still remains a weakness in this great squad we are building. Thiughts?

(Wings) This is a good shout, I didn't realise he was available. We do need a pacey wide player. I heard that Forest are going in for Routledge from Newcastle. Surely he'd rather come to us than them at the minute? Must be worth a bid, he's class at this level.

Oh right fair enough, wasnt sure if it was going to be a similar deal to Craig bellamy's loan deal last season where man city paid half of his wages still. Anyway it ain't gonna happen so.....

dave_the_fox Posted 8 July 2011 Posted 8 July 2011 Loads of people have said it, ive now came round to the idea that Billy sharp is the man we should go for now. Donny rejected £2.8m for him in June, I can't see them holding out for much more, with what seems to be money issues at the club.
