Would be a good signing imo.

Posted 23 May 2011 Posted 23 May 2011 I hate Burke with a passion, I'll never forget the the Championship semi - final play-offs fist leg, he ran around like a headless chicken and fell over like a child with the slightest of touches. When the decisions went against him, he threw the ball away and had a hissy fit. I hear he's not a squad player and thus would not want him in a Leicester shirt.

Uncle Monty Posted 23 May 2011 Posted 23 May 2011 I've seen him play a fair few time and would say that he is their version of Lloyd Dyer. Runs a lot scores the occasional goal, not bad not great but a player with pace that runs at players.

The only realistic chance of us getting him in though is if no Premiership clubs, or low profile Premiership clubs, go in for him and Sven can use his persuasive skills. It seems bizarre that Cardiff have let him go seeing as it's far from certain Bellamy will be back there next season. I actually don't know as much about Burke but he seems to be highly rated. These could be two released players that would be worth a punt, seeing as Cardiff appear to be releasing players for reasons other than playing ability.
