From Un Chien Andalou right up to the like of Visitor Q, people have been making films with pretty much the solitary purpose of trying to shock people. It's so obvious and cliché. The most genuinely shocking films are the most subtle, not this garbage.

Agreed,saw the trailer of the first film and thought its not for me.What concerns me is how the writers minds work,who thought, i know lets sew peoples mouths to poop shutes. If i want a shit B movie Komodo v Cobra is for me!!! or any other film on Sci-Fi channel.
