If we want to have a chance of going up he is just the type we need..........Its going to be very interesting to see our squad come mid July..........There is clearly an enormous about to be done in the transfer window to justify being make one of the favourites.........

The only thing that could possibly stop this happening, assuming sven wants to bring him in, is if Man City are asking silly money, or if another club comes in for him. I really don`t know why Alan Young would say we had no chance of signing him.

Hes had some time here knows the club and its staff, and its not as if man city need him i mean they can just go out and buy a defender. Hopefully we can get him as he is only going to improve i reckon and hes already at a decent quality.

But they still have to conform to the FA regulations. Also with the UEFA rules on being penalised if you loss money over a certain % of your takings that may force clubs like Man City to han onto players Like Mee. And lastly, with K. Toure out for 6 months on ab substance ban, Mee may be needed due to that as well.

Good points, but on Kolo's ban, it's back dated to March, so he's only out until September, so it won't be because of that.

kimmy619 Posted 20 June 2011 Posted 20 June 2011 I really like Ben Mee. I am quietly optimistic that he will come back..... He has started tweeting a lot of the LCFC fans on Twitter, so I am hoping that this is a positve sign. I would also like to see Cunningham back, but not sure if Sven is interested in that signing. I love Bamba, but he does concern me slightly as he sometimes takes a lot of risks that aren't needed.
