I've still not got my parking pass yet for the car park opposite the ground.

liamsm Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 I got my ST last week but my son aint got his yet, i phoned the club 2day after the posty had been and they said there are still some tickets to be sent 2morro, if we dont get them by Thursday we have to contact them again, Don't know why all the ST's couldn't be sent out at the same time. we paid for our ST's in March, 5 flipping months!!!!!

TBH i don't know why it's taking the club so long. I've never got season tickets this late or this wrong before but they have been on paper in a booklet and this is all card. But it shouldnt take to long to programme that little card.
kingfox Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 Went down yesterday to see what was going on and to get my shirt printed. People still haven't recieved yet and if you haven't by Friday go down to the ticket office and they will sort your season ticket/card out there and then. Also there has been a mix up, around 2000 seats were randomly generated by the computer and turned out to be all wrong, so people were getting wrong seats and 2/3 season tickets posted out to them. But they said it's all been resolved, and whoever had mix ups there new season tickets with right details have been posted yesterday morning so they will be getting them today or tomorrow. Still haven't had mine yet, yet people in my area have frustrating waiting game to be honest.

I went into the ticket office today and they told me that if it hasn't arrived by the weekend, call them and then go to the ticket office on Saturday who will issue tickets for the first two games. If it has still not arrived for the Bristol game, they will arrange to reprint the season ticket after this time. They will only reprint season tickets after the Bristol game. Crazy times.

Regardless of whether or not mine turns up before Saturday I'm going to make a complaint. I know it will probably get me no where but it's a shambles. I can appreciate that they have a new ticketing system but the start of the season hasn't just come out of the blue, the date was set some time ago so they should have had plenty of time to sort out the new system and get tickets out. Shocking situation.

I have got mine now but it is still significantly poor when some fans haven't got theirs. When you pay alot of money, you don't expect to be waiting on the edge of your seat (so to speak) worrying whether you will have it for the first home game of the season or not.

Ian pcp Posted 10 August 2011 Posted 10 August 2011 Mine finally came yesterday, I have to admit I was really relieved. --The reason I'm posting is that I only bought mine just over a week ago, yet there are some guy's purchased theirs in March. They say the 'early bird' catches the worm, not in regards to LCFC. Buy early get your's late----The ticket office have said' 'don't worry, if it doesn't turn up by the end of the week just give us a ring and we will sort it out!' Come on Leicester can you imagine the phone lines whilst phoning from work in your lunch time only to be told you are 507th in the queue, 'Please Hold'
