So its the eve before the first home game of the season and LCFC have let me down.

FVCKING C UNTS.

I've somehow gotta get there early enough after work tomorrow. FARCE.

Fortunately I got mine last week but this really doesn't bode well for the club, if they can't even get the cards sent out before the season starts I somehow doubt the cards will all work perfectly.

Might make an effort to go down especially early just in case.

Good call, although I doubt I could stand around drinking cheap lager for an hour!

Hoping it comes this morning, if it don't then I'm going to have to rush back from work and somehow get there before the rush starts.

Takes the piss, idiots.

My season ticket came in time and with the correct info on it. however, i am half expecting many errors today. more than one person with the same seat number on their ticket, cards not working at the turnstiles etc.

Could indeed be a wise move to maybe give yourself abit more time to get to the KP today....

Last chance for delivery just been for me.....Postie dropped off 2 bills and forest tickets, off to the ticket office now

Terrible really, you would think the club would want to look after the fans. I have got mine like, but sending season tickets this late is ridiculas and you have experience the disadvantage to them sending it this late.

Its going to be mayhem down the ticket office today, all these tickets gone missing and then there will be people queuing as the cards are not working etc.

I can not understand why they did not say to Leicester fans that your tickets would be available on lets say for example the 15th July for you to pick them up, if you have not picked them up by 1st August they will get posted to you.

It would cut down on postal costs and they would have alot less going awol.

Its about time they sorted there shit out down there, there attitude is always shit when you go down there in person and you can never get through on the phones.

Sort it out City !!

I've left without it, gonna have to get a jog on from the station to the ground to get there and sort this out, joke really, paid for it 4 months ago! Dad and sister have theirs as well, hopefully I'll be there in time to sor it and the TO queues aren't ridiculous. Not holding my breath on that though.

Just been informed from home that my Season ticket hasn't arrived :(

Got to leave work early now to get down there. That ticket office is a joke and it has been for years.

Why we couldn't simply pick them up from a set date is beyond me. Tossers.

Lets face it, we've always been a poorly run club and despite new owners this ST farce is nothing new.

Off down there today to swap a senior ST to an adult season ticket as my email to the ticket office bounced back, and my email to the FRMC and Susan Whelan got a phonecall response to me dad that basically tried to sell him another ST upon the one he'd already got.

This is crazy my ST arrived over a week ago but the lad I take still hasn't received his!

they were bought at exactly the same time!! you would have thought 4months would have been ample time but obviously not.

Am i right in remembering something about the ticket office being outsourced to another company last season? because up until then I never had a problem you sent them an email they called you back, you phoned up and got through etc

The owners have done alot right at this club but the powers at be really need to sort this shambles out

I echo what has been said. On Tuesday I even asked at the ticket office if they could just issue me with a season ticket and let with throw the one in the post when it arrived but know, they would only do somethin today if I still hadn't go it.

To be fair the postal service is awful - too many thieves and people who don't give a shit. The sooner it is privatised the better. A parcel of mine was sent with two labels stating an address in Tunisia in capital letters. It ended up in Australia. I suppose the last two letters are the same and that's all the educated employees of the Post Office were capable of reading after a spell in today's classrooms where so many emerge unable to read or write.

Either that or they simply didn't know any English. Anyway that's the second time a parcel for Tunisia has failed to reach its destination - out of two. And the service as the sub-Post Office is just as bad. The previous two incumbents were found to be thieves and the bloke in charge now is just so arrogant and surly he's everything you wouldn't want in customer relations.

I've even watched Post Office people loading the parcels from the post box to their vans on occasions and, again, they just chuck evrything around as if the more things that get damaged the happier they'll be. Too much protection from the trades unions I suppose. And very little fear of the sack because of employment laws and the fear of consequent strike action. Does anyone have any pride in what they do nowadays?

You don't need sky-high wages, the motivation of managers or ideal working conditions to have pride in yourself and the job you do. It's a personal thing, an attitude you can take for yourself, whatever surrounds you...and perhaps the biggest thing that separates the winners from the losers in aspiring sportsmen.

Tuesday's queuing at the City ticket office was appalling, especially with 14 of the 17 computer screens standing idle. And that's not criticism for its own sake. I've been impressed with the ticket staff in the past and impressed with our club in many ways since the new owners took over. But this was not setting standards - at least not high ones. From every indication there was at least one staff member still learning the ropes, perhaps two, but it didn't look to me as if they'd had enough preparatory training.

Mine has also still not arrived. Went down the ticket office first thing to collect match tickets. I asked for a replacement season ticket but was refused. Crazy times.

I have written a letter to the Chief Executive - I doubt it will get me very far but I live in hope that the way the ticket officer operates may be reviewed.

There was a gentleman in the ticket office earlier who had lost £150 of overtime pay to collect his tickest due to his season ticket not arriving. I hope he asks the club to refund this. Shameful.

This is quite shocking

A good number renewed ST's in March time right? I think..can't remember but it's a poor tale that there are certain people still without ST's & parking passes.

really need to sort it out ASAP. There more than happy to take our hard earned cash too but thats like most things in life.

Hope folks without there tickets manage to get everything sorted.

I'm just wondering, if all these 'lost' season tickets have fallen into other peoples hands, is there going to be a senario of many people not being able to sit in their rightful seat because it is already taken? If a season ticket popped through my door that I hadn't paid for I'd probably be tempted to use it.

Because I got two exactly same season tickets, I'm not sure if I should just take both in case one hasn't been activated or something? :dunno:

And also, you don't have to keep them in their plastic folder things do you? For example, I can just put the season ticket/s in my wallet.

Just been to the ticket office and they had my card out the back despite it definantly being posted out on Thursday as i was told on the phone! Now just need to sort out my Direct debit fiasco 3 times i've had to give my bank detailsand pay installments due to a problem with the new computer system , feel sorry for the guys missing out on overtime etc just a joke all round

Pretty sure u can just put them in ur normal wallet if you like, as its the reference number and the bar code on the cards that are most important :)
