hbkkids Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 am i the only one who dont think sven is a good manager??? sure he did well with england and whatever but i dont think he can motivate the players, the reading manager today was always in his technical box shouting and telling his players what to do, all sven does is just sit down and watches, he very rarely gets up, also i think everyone only likes him because he can bring in big names, (though they can not play together), after watching todays game i really do wish someone like pearson becomes manager.
dave the caveman Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 I think you're wrong, but when you can do things like this, all is forgiven. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vler54kXBZA
Foxy Bingo Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 He's a good manager. Wouldn't say he's anything too special in terms of what he does at the side of the pitch BUT look at the players he can attract etc etc. He's part of the reason we are where we are; not just the owners. :sge:
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 :frusty: two games in All our games will be hard because we're the team to beat

Bagworthblue Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 His history shows he is a good man manager - I do sometimes think he tries to play his best 11 and fit them in as best he can rather then maybe play people in their proper positions. Give him time - this is his team now - we certainly don't want another manager coming in and changing it all again!! I believe he'll get it right!!

Corky Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 We've had two games. Let's not over-react just yet.
marko Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 trust me, i did not make that, it was my cousin, i gave my account to him. Ah, that old chestnut
lcfcnoely Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 Oh my God, Leicester fans over reacting ....again. I was pissed off at first but when you reflect a loss might be good for the lads now they can see there not as special as they think they are and theyre Gunna have to put 100% in everygame if they want to win the league! We will come back stronger and we will be promoted under Sven
Filbert_Ross Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 You sir are a bellend. im giving him the benefit of the doubt because- 'since 2004'. barely out of kappa tracksuits.
One Arm Babba Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 Faz is his mouth piece. 1 loss ain't the end of the world. Chill out.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 I criticised Sven much of last season and still think I was right in doing so as he hasnt really achieved anything in years, but I dont want to start that arguement again. I also said I would give him 10/12 games of this season before really judging him, so it isnt worth discussing how good he is after two games of the new season.
Salieri Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 I think you're wrong, but when you can do things like this, all is forgiven. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vler54kXBZA Ha ha, I hadn't forgotten about that either!
MikeyT Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 Is this thread for real? Seriously, 2 games into the season and another 44 to go. Oh dear.

I understand that you may be quite a bit younger than I. But roaming my favourite forum is my 'me time' after looking after little un' whilst trying to work and tidy up after a tramp of a missus. (The untidy type of tramp). You may not know or even want to know what 'me time' is being as young as you so obviously are, but believe me you will find out one day. STOP CLUTTERING IT WITH THIS BORING, OVERREACTIVE, ASPARTAME DRIVEN, ATTENTION SEEKING !!! Please.

Jesus Christ! Hate it when people question Sven's calibre. As with Heskey, a debate on Sven is one of the quickest ways to discern how much someone understands about football. Look at what he's won and achieved, look at where we were when he came in, look at the contacts he has and the top players that love working for him. The guy has earned his name as a top manager. You don't have to be an all-shouting, all-raving lunatic to motivate players.

Given the money spent this summer would you accept that dross we had to suffer this afternoon? Course you wouldn't...
