The Everton side of things is done. It is a sale, not a loan. If it was a loan he wouldn't be at Leicester on the 31st of August at 11 o'clock. Personal terms need to be agreed and that is all. It is a big ask, but the Thais want a big name signing and they will most certainly pay for him.
