foxes2011 Posted 24 August 2011 Posted 24 August 2011 i dont know who the striker will be but id like to see yakubu back in a city shirt, but to all leicester sven doubters i would just like to say something. Over the past few weeks I think some of us have jumped the gun about wanting Sven out and tbh at times id even have to say I joined the motion, but after some thought I think instead of always getting on managers back we should perhaps think of giving our managers more time. I know fergie at man utd struggled for the best part of three years, but now look at him winning title after title. I was one of the fist to jump on the get Sven out bus but I want to apologize for that because I think I was rather shot gun in my thoughts. Lets not get rid of Sven because at the end of the day whose better, this is a manager that has led England. I think we should just see where we are come the end of the season. So fans lets give Sven some time and get behind the team we are all quick to jump the gun but I think there isn’t many inside football that are as good as Sven. sorry i posted in this thread they have closed the sven out thread

I still would like to see a more mobile Howard replacement as a plan B. Unfortunately, can't think of that sort of player who'd join us. Lambert wouldn't, Holt is in the Prem. Any ideas/comments?

I have already stated, that we need two strikers, but I don't think it is going to happen now, if Maynard comes, for £6 million.
