Finnegan Posted 7 February 2012 Posted 7 February 2012 I finally got Bale to complete my Wales team and now nobody wants to play me because it's still only 3.5 stars but my attack is like 79 or 81 or something. Haha. Oh dear. Although I may as well stop playing because I probably scored the best goal I'm ever going to score in my life yesterday. No idea how to upload it from the xbox but it was essentially a lofted through ball from the wing to the centre by Bale which Earnie ran on to perfectly and volleyed over the advancing keeper. I came a little. Looking like: Bale, Earnie, Bellers, Ledley, Ramsey, Allen, Taylor, J Collins, A WIlliams, Ricketts, Hennessey. 4 3 3. It's actually better than I thought it'd be, I do better with it than my German side to be honest. The front line is incredibly quick and whilst Earnie's finishing is poor I've often gotten so quickly behind the defence that I've got time to finish. The midfield is pretty quick and both Ledley and Ramsey can shoot nicely and Williams is a unit at the back.

Although he isn't the quickest full back you will get, his crossing and set pieces are fantastic like in real life. I might get Taiwo though, because Baines is often tired he plays 3 and then get's rested.

I have him in my Serie A - La Liga team, he's so solid.

I have been saving up for Stevie Gerrard like I do every year (he is my favourite player like) and I have 97k (after buying Richards who was 6k) but I doubt I will ever get another 20k to get him... so I have been, and might start, spending a bit of my money.... for example, I want Van Persie.

I was suprised to see him at that price, but then again, all new players start at that range. Henry started at about 30k and now you can get him between 4k and 10k.

Oxlade-Chamberlain is a silver but still is a cracking player. I love Kompany but I hate David Luiz on the game (despite everyone having him in their prem teams) I play Vermaelen over him. Haha, i have David Luiz, signed him yesterday.

Can be improved I know but be a while before I can as it will require some IF's like the 85 Remy, Nene and Diawarra. Happy with it atm, much better value for money than prem players.
