This is the original: The Madness cover from 1981 is far more famous, though, and it is a great version: Just thought, maybe we should change the line "to take the blues away" to "to take the reds away", or something similar, instead.

Rich Fox Posted 30 September 2011 Posted 30 September 2011 Cant remember this being sung at City games but this is a great shout, Madness along with the Specials are one of my favorite bands and maybe the fosse boys could get this going against Derby and others may join in. The words are easy to remember and it is a catchy tune that would help with the atmosphere especially needed at home.

Another old one I like is 'Those where the days.' Only heard it sung a couple of times and can't remember the words though we sang it around st anton skiing one year until the local dads army told is to pipe down. Brits abroad hey, though it was started by a singer in one of the bars.
