(I think) Not really, since the question asked is "what does C stand for in this equation". C still stands for something (the speed of light, approximately 3x10^8 m/s) whether the equation is correct or not. Plus, as it stands, the research that was done on that is yet to be verified by any further laboratories, so you can't conclusively say that things travel fast than light. Wow, I really am a bit of a nerd.
