I can't see anything other than a bog-standard 4-5-1/4-4-2 with the most experienced players playing. As I said elsewhere, I'm sure Howard will at least be in the squad for this one.

All I will say is that the majority of fans loved him and I myself are thankful for last season alone! Sousa looked like he had ruined the club, leaving us bottom, and at least by the end of the season Sven had us challenging for play-offs! And lets face it, we've all loved being linked with 'big names' too, that's what kept this forum busy through the summer! Just because you think he did nothing, doesn't mean other people share the same opinion.

People on here believed the pre-season media hype way too easily. It was pretty much a new XI and it was always going to take time. Our position wasn't great, but definitely not a shambles!

jprs1976 Posted 25 October 2011 Posted 25 October 2011 personally I think there will be a diff mentality through the squad, that if they an get rid of the manager then can get rid of them and you will see the likes, of king,wellens,beckford all playing better than ever. I am predicting a 2-1 win to leicester with nugent and beckford scoring, can see howard and schlupp and dyer getting more time on the field as well... just to solidify the performance and we will all give out a sigh of relief that SGE has gone.... lets not look behind us look forward and get behind the team.
