Why do people assume Fernandes did want to play for us after Sven left? None of us know for sure.

Because week after he left there was a big interview in a foreign paper that explained exactly why he no longer wanted to be here.

He said he signed to repay Svens previous faith in him, and that now he had gone there was no point in staying.

He took a pop and the club and the owners and made it very clear he wanted out.

But the caller was making a valid point.... I know on the moan in and Stringer soon cut him off to resume normal service.

I don't even remember it being like that against Sheff Wed in 2008.

The woman who was just on sounded sensible.

Listening to it again, he's definitely insinuating that the fans are expecting too much.

I'm still torn on it.I can't decide if he means the players or the fans.
