I shot the tires out trying to stop the thing and it did stop after 5mins in which time I acquired 3 stars that I had to escape in some piece of crap heavy van with only 2 tyres left. Gotta find an effective way to evade the Five-O
Guest kristianity77 Posted 18 September 2013 Posted 18 September 2013 Best way i've found to evade the police is to just drive to where there are lots of intersections and actually slow down. Keep an eye on your map and as soon as you see something coming from the direction your facing, pull into a side street. Rinse and repeat and a 3 star wanted level goes in about a minute.

MrSpaM Posted 18 September 2013 Posted 18 September 2013 Its pretty simple to avoid the police. Drive until your stars start flashing, then find somewhere secluded to hide. Keep an eye on the map and if a police car starts coming towards you, drive off and hide somewhere else. Its pretty much impossible to simply outrun them, especially when they have the helicopter out. You need to outrun the helicopter and then concentrate on the cars afterwards. Also make things easier by driving into the city, its almost impossible to outrun police cars on the northern roads once you hit three stars.

Earned 25% discount in Ammunation by getting Gold on all Gun Club challenges - anyone else find Pistol challenge 3 incredibly hard? Also managed to win all 3 triathlons... The 3rd is mental. You literally have to mash your thumb for 28 minutes - thankfully you can pause at any time Personally didn't have trouble intercepting the gas van or losing the police, but I've found myself in countless situations that have just escalated without me killing anyone! The wanted rating sometimes goes up if you're evading the police unsuccessfully for too long and their presence is massive in some areas. They're also much smarter in this game PS. "**** the Dutch!"

After my first heist i bought the $30,000 garage and the looked and stole a muscle car , a 4X4 a Aston martin and porsche looking cars then pimped them out . My fav is the all chrome aston martin . But i don't want to drive them now they look to good . The big bug i have found is that my cars i store in the safe house garages keep disappearing which is annoying

SeCrEt FoX Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 When you plan your first Hiest with lester , He asks who to have in his crew and he mentioned an "Eastern European in Liberty city" which made me smile when i heard it. LOVE the sort of Leathal Weapon 2 mission. Its just a really good game.
