Tram Woman vs. The Somalian 4

Does the "My Tram Experience" woman have a point? She is in prison for just speaking her mind. These parasites (the 4 Somalian Muslims that attacked the white English girl) are walking free because they are Muslim. Sums up the state of this country and more in particular Leicester......

This is a view expressed by a close acquaintance of mine.

Its strange that people always seem to think theres some kind of consiparcy that whites are always treated harsher than non whites, its ludacras, just because you compare two seperate cases and assume that every similiar crime recieves the same sentence is nonsense, magistrates and judges interprate the sentencing guidelines differently.

And as for the common retort of 'sums this country up' or 'this country is a mess' etc etc...As if no other country has the same problems in society as we do...people really should get out more.

Very strange priorities now that a woman incoherently ranting on a bus is remanded in custody and won't spend Christmas with her family whilst 4 Somalians can drunkenly racially abuse, assault and leave a white girl for dead whilst spending no time on remand and receiving no jail time.

Pathetic. There the type of people that give them bad names, but I'm yet to find something that makes Somalians sound like good people! No offence, I'm sure there's some out there, but all I hear in papers and stuff is how bad they are.

On another forum, I wondered why the 4 violent girls didn't get done for racial aggravation but Emma West did.

Someone replied saying that there's no actual evidence against the 4 girls saying 'kill the white slag' and whatever other racial slurs they were alleged to have uttered. That's the key thing here. It's essentially just a war of words (only when it comes to the racial accusations).

I'm not sticking up for them here. No way. I'm just making the point that you can't charge someone for an accusation when there is no physical evidence of it available.

Why do you highly doubt it? We don't know if the police smelt alcohol on them and then breathalysed them? We don't know those finer details.

Plus given the judge said that they couldn't handle their drink, I'd go some way to believing that they were drinking. If I remember correctly from the article, I don't recall the judge or anyone with authority talk about the racial slurs.

And on the video there's one or two girls who stayed at the scene (or at least weren't very far off at all once police arrived). They were stupid enough to come back just to shout at the victim some more, too.

The reason I highly doubt it is because after such an incident they'd be more interested in interviewing and charging them.

The judge said drinking wasn't part of their religion, therefore couldn't handle it. He couldn't possibly judge their tolerances to alcohol based on their religion, as for all he knew they could have been regular drinkers and hid behind the veil of religion when it suited them.

I don't think the person asking meant to apologise to the public, so she may have dodged the reality of that question. Hard to say though.

This is also one of the most shocking points in this issue.

So on that basis is it ok for many 16/17 (Ok illegal to drink alcohol at the age but it happens) or 18 to go out drink alcohol and start kicking people's heads in because they are not used to drinking alcohol? Doubt many people would get away with using that excuse.

I'm just baffled and disgusted at the Judge in this case. What a ****ing coward he is. Anyone, regardless of religion, race etc. that has caused ABH on another person should be sent to prison. Especially in what is seemingly a case of an unprovoked attack.

If there was video evidence of these girls doing what they did to the same extent as "Tram Woman" I'm sure there'd have been a different verdict.

Our judicial system is unfortunately tied down by this pesky thing called "proof." One assumes there was not enough of it to convict in this case; moreover it sounds like these girls had a fucking clever lawyer. Admittedly, if reports are accurate then that's absolutely tragic but that's not the point really, is it?

Definitely. To give them no jail sentence at all is quite absurd. I know 5 years is maximum for this kind of offence, but to let them off completely?
