He has no cover or help in front of him so tries too hard to make something happen but is getting caught out too often now. We need to play 4-4-2 if Peltier is going to go forward as none of the midfield 3 is filling in for him when he does. We need a Busquets to his Dani Alves - ahem...

Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 We really are so devoid of ideas around the box, just pass it out to the wide player to send in an ineffective cross, only Dyer has actually tried to do seomthing different and run at them or take a pop. Peltier is being caught out of position because he is needed to provide some width on the right. Get Abe and Beckford on, switch to 442, Abe would have at least got back and covered Vaz Te and made a challenge in the box for their first. What I would do: Abe and Danns in the Middle Dyer and Gally providing width and Nugent and Beckford up front, What I think NP will do: **** all for another 30 minutes,

I'm not convinced he's doing himself any favours at the minute. Our style of play is as bad as anything we served up under Levein, Kelly and Megson. This side has players that can pass a ball, with the exception of Mills. Fookin start passing it and press the opposition, instead of aimless hoofing to Nugent and Gally The Ghost. Wankers.

There was a bit of that before he was dropped/rested/injured and Moore played away at CP Mills was being drawn out with Peltier being AWOL therefore leaving space in the middle... Moore offered a bit less going forward but was solid at the back There's just no consistency in performance, Abe was bombscare in 1st half at Forest last week, Wellens came on and we played much , much better in the 2nd, now it's Wellens turn to be crap again

Abe and Wellens/King in the middle, Lloyd on the left, Danns on the right (he was very good there last week). Beckford and Nugent up top. Something like that. Just something. If this same 11 comes back onto the pitch I officially give up. That time in Hull really has affected Pearson, he's either too stubborn to open his fukcing eyes, or he's just a massive idiot.
