What ever happened to Vicky and Dennis?

Vanished around the same time Sven and Top came to the club.

They've been gone much longer than that!

True, I don't think they've ever been used at the Walkers/KP Stadium have they?

Would like to see him outside the ground before matches, even at my age I would like a photo with him, bet there must be hundreds of younger people would like the same!

I would like to see Filbert Fox given a go in midfield, bet there are hundreds of CRAPs and PAPs who would feel the same!

I think maybe for the first couple of seasons.

I remember going to a party at the Walkers back in 03 and Vicky Vixen stole my roast potatoes. True story.

I think filbert is a star. Does more to get the crowd going than the fat prat with the drum!

While I'm on the atmosphere topic can I just say that it was great at the back of the family stand yesterday. We are the new kop and L block. If your up for a laugh, good banter and goading of the away fans come and join us in P block for the rest of the season. We seem to have lost the small group of singers we've had in previous seasons.

I was at the back for the game as well, much better than the kop has been all season

The vicky and dennis outfits were at the stadium when I worked there (mid-naughties) they were stored in the same room as the filbert outfit, infact they were just hanging up on pegs!!!

Don't know if they are still there though...

I see his warm-up with the mascots, got good vision and passing range.

Plus he has no studs, two footed tackles would be allowed.

Are you trying to tell me Filbo isn't real?

Think it depends what time you get to the ground, certainly seen Filbert outside the ground shaking hands/paws with young fans & having his photo taken around an hour before kick off for at least a couple of games this season

That's what I was thinking.

If the Dennis outfit's still there I'd play him. Hell, I'd play Vicki if Dennis is dead. I'd love to be a Leicester mascot, but don't think Filbert's gonna be available any time soon...

During the build up to the game Filbert walked all the way up to the espn box and was trying to get the attention of those inside but John Barnes and Billy Davis kind of ignored him lol

RIP Vicky and Dennis.

They were on my Deathlist 2005

I think Bernie would make a good Filbert Fox, especially outside the stadium for pictures with kids.

No they are not dead, don't worry little ones, that is just their skin hanging in there, their bodies and souls are still roaming around the good shire of Leicester, when they were sacked Leicester City's chairman at the time claimed he still owned their image rights, so Vicki and Dennis were stripped of their Leicester City outfits and fired on the spot. Naked and shivering Mandaric kicked them out of the Walkers stadium exit. Naturally they were instantly recognised by some of the Leicester faithful buying overpriced tat from the gift shop and offered them sanctuary.

Milan was angered by this, despite being stripped of the clubs colours they were still instantly recognisable and were trading off their image, which he owned. In his blind fury and rage at being out smarted by a couple of Foxes he arranged for his goons to pick them up and bring them back to the Walkers. Expecting to be reinstated as sidekicks to the loveable Filbert they agreed to meet Mandy, but when he arrived they could see that look in his eyes, that look that said he was out of his tiny little mind and he was angry. They tried to escape but Joe Mattock was waiting, he immediately set about beating up a woman and a child, starting an unpleasant past time that eventually led to his downfall, after knocking them unconcious and he left them to Mandaric's sadistic whims. At first Milan was just going to shave their fur off, but he realised that it would grow back quickly, so he decided the only way to truly keep their image rights was to remove their skin, all of it, he keeps them in a cupboard at the KP along with that of the original Filbert as a warning to the current Mr F. T. Fox that he better not step out of line or it will be the peeler for him.

So if you see 2 bloody lumps of muscle and sinew, skulking around the bins at the KP, don't be scared it just our loveable ex mascots, be sure to run up to them and give them a big hug.
