The best buys by Sven have been Nugent, Schmeichel and Konchesky whilst I also see Peltier and Bamba as decent signings. My vote goes to Schmeichel.

Schmeichel = Best overall player and consistently brilliant

Koncheskey = Most consistently good outfield player

Nugent = Consistently high level of effort and scored a ton of great goals

Schmeichel for me over Nuge, just. I think Kaspers performances have been nothing short of stunning for us, his kicking (for the most part) superb. I struggle to think of another GK with the same kicking range as him.

I dare not think where we'd be this season had Weale played the season.

just gonna concur with the general statement of Kasp, Konch and Nuggy. Most consistent (in a season of horrible inconsistency) of the whole team by far! Need to keep hold of these guys for next season.

Since the turn of the year Danns has been impressive for us his performances have been consistently good and has scored a couple. Though he hasn't done enough to get player of the season he really has been important for us last few games.
