ThurnbyLodgeFox Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 rodriguez is a pearson sort of player. young and english, get him whatever the price.. 21 goals this season doesn't lie
Happy Fox Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 That all the deadwood leaves Oakley, Howard, Wellens, Gallagher, Dyer, Mills, Beckford (depending if we can get Rhodes), Pantsil, Johnson etc Then we bring in Rhodes Stewart Vardy Jacob Butterfield Futacs
dannythefox Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 Bothroyd for me not quite cutting it in the premiership he's a good target man as well so then we could let Howard go.

Happy Fox Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 Dyer- No. Wellens- No. Gallagher- No. Mills- No. They are shit and aren't going to get us promoted, we need a complete overhaul of the midfield, and Wellens, Dyer and Gallagher are not up to scratch. Mills has burnt his bridges with NP there isn't any coming back.
Guest Col city fan Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 In: Rhodes Whittingham Jay Emmanuel Thomas Nathaniel Clyne Derry Jason Roberts Out: Beckford Gallagher Wellens Mills Peltier Develop: Schlupp Hopper Liam Moore A nice blend of youth and experience... Skilled players and tougher guys would make a massive difference to this squad IMO.

Mills is one of the best centre backs in the division, its just his attitude stinks and he is a terrible captain

Agree they've had there best days Gally is good at set pieces but thats it you cant keep playing someone because he can take a good free kick. Drinkwater and Danns in the middle for me.

Roberts will sign for Reading and Whittingham's next move will be a prem one.
Happy Fox Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 Robbie Fowler anyone on a short term contract, and don't say he is past it because look at Kevin Phillips at the age of 38 and still scoring goals at this level.
Guest Col city fan Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 Fook the players... Next season I want to see a 'dream team' at the club of: Babylon... Manager Marbella.... Tactical coach Dave G...... Press officer Thracian..... Director of Football THAT little set up should see us safely to promotion...
The People's Hero Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 I want good, committed, hardworking players with something to prove, working as a team. I want them to understand that the expectation is that they work hard and do their best on the pitch. I do not want to hear their drivel between games. If I want to hear an idiot babble on about Leicester, I'll just talk to myself for a bit.
Grewks Posted 11 March 2012 Posted 11 March 2012 Hey, were never gonna see an overall as big as this, but its a wishilst afterall..... Ben Amos- Man united (on loan as backup) Richie De Laet-Man United Liam Trotter-Milwall David Perkins-Barnsley Peter Whittingham-Cardiff Robbie Brady-Man United Danny Rose- Tottenham Ben Watson-Wigan (if relegated) Jay Bothroyd-QPR Jamie Mackie-QPR (if relegated) Marco Fuctacs-Pompey
hbkkids Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 Bit early but who is the ideal 11 for next season to take us up. Thoughts?
Marmite Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 Stick with the defense that we have, they will take time to gel but will come good A complete new midfield with players who are not scared to get stuck in and want to come forward instead of keep passing the ball left to right and back again. 2 quality strikers up front who can compete with Nugent
Danno Posted 12 March 2012 Author Posted 12 March 2012 Schmeichel Trippier A.gerrard Ssl Konch Marshall Drinky Trotter Jarvis Futacs Nugent/new striker
lcfc matt Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 I'd be more worried about who we keep hold of I reckon schmeical and knoch will go aswell as a few others possibly nugent depending if he has interest.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 Kasper definitely a new RB Morgan Possibly another CB Konchesky Marshall (though we need strengthening here) DD Another new CM (though keep Danns) A new left winger (also keep Dyer though) Nugent Then possibly a new strikers depending on whether Beckford wants to stay and the situations regarding Waghorn and Vassell
hbkkids Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 I want to keep dyer, inconsistent but prem teams can not handle his pace as we seen with Norwich.
Haydos Posted 12 March 2012 Posted 12 March 2012 Schmeichel Trippier A.gerrard Ssl Konch Marshall Drinky Trotter Jarvis Futacs Nugent/new striker Hasn't he scored like twice all season?
Danno Posted 12 March 2012 Author Posted 12 March 2012 Hasn't he scored like twice all season? Not sure. All I know is he looked decent against us and we need a new target man. Possibly Beccio?
