Kitchandro Posted 21 April 2012 Posted 21 April 2012 I'm not sure every Leicester fan would agree with you!
PegguyArphexad Posted 21 April 2012 Posted 21 April 2012 Dirty skate bastards. Hope they rot in the lower leagues for many years to come.... (This may be fuelled by my Southampton connections)
carlhltid Posted 21 April 2012 Author Posted 21 April 2012 i take it you two dont know any of there fans then
Kitchandro Posted 21 April 2012 Posted 21 April 2012 i take it you two dont know any of there fans then No, but most Leicester fans who have come across them will tell you they're absolute scummy bellends. Not that that's necessarily my opinion. (Though I completely agree with them).

accessory Posted 22 April 2012 Posted 22 April 2012 Some of us remember how they reacted when we beat them in the playoffs in 1993. And many of their fans were hoping we'd go under when we were in administration ten years later. If they survive to next season (which is far from certain), we'll see how their crowds hold up in League 1. Can't see their slum ground being full too often.
acooling08 Posted 22 April 2012 Posted 22 April 2012 I'd much rather have seen Bristol shitty go down
Fox92 Posted 22 April 2012 Posted 22 April 2012 I hope they survive, don't want to see any club go bust, but if I'm honest I'm not bothered if they stayed up or went down. I do like Michael Appleton though and I feel for him. I didn't want Doncaster to get relegated, but it's all happened now and we can't change it.
Guest Bilo Posted 22 April 2012 Posted 22 April 2012 The play-offs in 1993 and our administration period n 2003 seriously diminish my sympathies with them. They'll be in League One for years to come without investment, much like another badly faded ex-Premiership club that went down with them yesterday. Oh, and we won't have to put up with that fvcking cow bell next season. Happy days!
wurmer Posted 22 April 2012 Posted 22 April 2012 I'd much rather have seen Bristol shitty go down Me too, but not totally unsatisfied with the outcome at the bottom of the table his year.
Karljohn Posted 22 April 2012 Posted 22 April 2012 Not often scared to death at Football but as a 19 year old lad in 1993 I ran for my life outside Fratton Park after our play off win, I have little sympathy for them, especially that twat with the bell.
Wycombe Fox Posted 22 April 2012 Posted 22 April 2012 I haven't liked them since they launched half-bricks at the City fans walking back to the station after we beat them in November 2002. I was carrying my four year-old son in my right arm whilst protecting his head from the missiles with the left. Wankers and good riddance to those fans. The other fans? They weren't really that good whenever I've been to Fratton Park. To my Pompey-supporting mates who took the pee when we went down to League 1? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Libertine Dream Posted 22 April 2012 Posted 22 April 2012 Better away day than Brizzle or Barnsley. Couldnt give amonkeys about the fans, weren't around in 93 and never had a problem with them personally.
Danny the Fox 95 Posted 22 April 2012 Posted 22 April 2012 Feel for them in ways because they are vocally very good, but their numbers aren't. Even so I'd rather go to Fratton Park for an away day than Ashton Gate!
accessory Posted 22 April 2012 Posted 22 April 2012 Their financial ineptitude has stopped Forest from the chance of joining the sky blues in League 1. Isn't that enough reason to despise them?
Kitchandro Posted 22 April 2012 Posted 22 April 2012 Their financial ineptitude has stopped Forest from the chance of joining the sky blues in League 1. Isn't that enough reason to despise them? Yes. Yes it is.
Corky Posted 22 April 2012 Posted 22 April 2012 Bellman can go and annoy Crawley and Bournemouth now.
leicesterisme Posted 22 April 2012 Posted 22 April 2012 Bunch of bellends, hope they rot in league 1, which they most certainly will!
wurmer Posted 22 April 2012 Posted 22 April 2012 They stand a good chance of going 'pop', i.e. liquidation. They are screwed, and have very little to attract a new buyer - £58M in debt, players not paid, very little in the way of assets.. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17679909
21st Century Fox Posted 22 April 2012 Posted 22 April 2012 I'm a Southerner, my utter hatred of Southampton and a few of my friends being Pompey fans, leaves me wishing they weren't going down. If they can somehow starve off liquidation, keep Appleton, get rid of some deadwood and high earners, they could build a young side and maybe make a good fist of fighting for promotion, can't say it's entirely likely though.
Guest Bilo Posted 22 April 2012 Posted 22 April 2012 What happens if they do go pop? Will League One start with 23 teams next season?
Fox92 Posted 22 April 2012 Posted 22 April 2012 Considering there is no vote anymore, I think another team gets promoted from League 2 and works like that for every division?
