The investigation surrounds an attempted invasion of the pitch,according to a statement on the European governing body's website. England came from a goal down to seal a dramatic 3-2 win, and in the process eliminate Sweden from Euro 2012. The Uefa Control and Disciplinary Body will discuss the matter on 20 June. Trying to claw back money from our unsold tickets?

The Football Union of Russia received asuspended six-point deduction for the Euro 2016 qualifiers after supporters set off fireworks and displayed illicit banners during the group A clash with the Czech Republic on the opening day. The Croatian Football Federation were fined €25,000 (£20,100) following similar incidents during the Group C match against the Republic of Ireland. Further fines have been imposed on the German Football Association and Portuguese Football Federation after their supporters were found to have thrown paper missiles onto the pitch during their meeting.

And, to be fair, going over the pitch divider even in this country is always raved about as being a criminal offense where as all the Germans did was throw some paper balls.

And then the Croats are caught in big numbers doing monkey noises to Balotelli as well as displaying Nazi and Fascist flags and just get slapped with a fine.... OK Uefa you bent w*nkers. BTW, that 2nd pic of the England fans looks fantastic!!

The last time I saw anyone on the pitch was when Bentley Roof Mack waddled across the pitch to limply lob his used season ticket book at Mandaric. Seems pretty clear cut to me: you aren't allowed on the pitch.
