Never gave up, always tried as hard as he could and he was nowhere near the player that some would make him out to be.

I think he was one of those players you love, but also have to laugh at on occasions. But he is playing for the bottom team in League 1, has scored 3 goals this season, and he suddenly signs for a Championship team on loan. If that's not funny, then I don't know what is.

Yeah I accept he isn't great anymore and I don't really see the sense in this signing but I'd still prefer it if supporters showed some appreciation of what he contributed to the club. Still love you Steve, even if you're a bit past it.

Happy Fox Posted 28 March 2013 Posted 28 March 2013 Steve Howard is the very definition of below average championship player he was a sheepshagging oaf and overstayed his time at our club thank f**king heavens he isn't playing for us anymore same goes for Oakley. Maybe the sheepshaggers can do us a favor and take Gallagher and Wellend of our wage bill?
