Nothing's been mentioned about how much he has to spend. A few journos are plucking figures from thin air but apart from that we don't know. I guess he'll know when it runs out.

With FFP coming through don't expect to spend a lot, unless you want to put your club's future in a precarious situation.

its being introduced gradually and fines are the first point of action so not really a problem. (if you got the money backing you which they have)

Full of eastern promise: Forest's new owners want players from Kuwait and the UAE

Nottingham Forest’s new Kuwaiti owners plan to use the club as a gateway for young players from the Middle East.

Sean O’Driscoll, appointed manager on Thursday, will concentrate on coaching while the Al-Hasawi family take control of all transfer policy.

New man in charge: Sean O'Driscoll will concentrate on coaching

That will include bringing in players from Kuwait and the UAE for budget transfer fees and wages, news that will raise further alarm bells with Forest fans.

The new owners, who sacked Steve Cotterill straight after the takeover, promised an ‘iconic’ manager to replace him. They got Crawley boss O’Driscoll.

What tosh.

Nottingham Forest's Kuwaiti revolution has begun with a month-long trial for Al Qadsia striker Bader Al-Mutawa.

Adkins also had two promotions with Scunthorpe, so he did have some experience of being at the top of divisions.
