Daggers Posted 16 August 2012 Posted 16 August 2012 weve a wife beater for a manager, a crook who rips off old ladys as an owner, an all round crook in barry fry,,, all we need is a rapist like mike tyson as halftime entertainment..............................OH So you're a Posh supporter now? Enough of the Serbian stuff, aye?!
CasperBlue Posted 16 August 2012 Posted 16 August 2012 been a posh fan since 82 ish, never seen leicester as rivals, reading through this thread you got some things right, namely posh fans being totally shit, a more boring bunch youd be hard pressed to find, alot of greasy haired old t wats who stink of wee and a not so inconsiderable sprinkling of window licking types complete with tracksuit from carboot sale and designer egg stain,,,,, I doubt that this sort of crap could be found on Peterborough forums, perhaps this dislike is a one way street fueled by just the odd one or two who seem to be more local to Peterborough than most.
1934 UTP Posted 16 August 2012 Posted 16 August 2012 Posh had the highest % of home support who travelled to away games in the championship last season, 15.3%, compared to leicester's 8.4%, Leicester's away support tinpot? Just a thought,
Simmo86 Posted 16 August 2012 Posted 16 August 2012 Posh had the highest % of home support who travelled to away games in the championship last season, 15.3%, compared to leicester's 8.4%, Leicester's away support tinpot? Just a thought, 7k average home attendance.....tinpot Just a thought
Corky Posted 16 August 2012 Posted 16 August 2012 Posh had the highest % of home support who travelled to away games in the championship last season, 15.3%, compared to leicester's 8.4%, Leicester's away support tinpot? Just a thought, Not really difficult when your home attendances are so low.
Sods Posted 16 August 2012 Posted 16 August 2012 Posh had the highest % of home support who travelled to away games in the championship last season, 15.3%, compared to leicester's 8.4%, Leicester's away support tinpot? Just a thought, Hahaha fantastic!
Legend_in_blue Posted 16 August 2012 Posted 16 August 2012 Based on home support, 15.3% is a poor return. But then tinpot clubs demand tinpot stats.
1934 UTP Posted 16 August 2012 Posted 16 August 2012 Home average 9,119 actually, of which took average of 1,091 away, leicester home average 22,993 of which took average of 1,815 away, tinpot away support,
1934 UTP Posted 16 August 2012 Posted 16 August 2012 So why is leicester's away support so p*ss poor compared to home support? Answers please
FuriousFox46 Posted 16 August 2012 Author Posted 16 August 2012 Home average 9,119 actually, of which took average of 1,091 away, leicester home average 22,993 of which took average of 1,815 away, tinpot away support, I'm all for everyone having their opinion But are you seriously saying your support is better? We beat you at home and away? You have no argument?
FuriousFox46 Posted 16 August 2012 Author Posted 16 August 2012 So why is leicester's away support so p*ss poor compared to home support? Answers please Why did we have more fans for a friendly last Saturday than you managed all last season? Answers please
gosfox Posted 16 August 2012 Posted 16 August 2012 Used to have some real good fishing on the North Bank of the Nene
Corky Posted 16 August 2012 Posted 16 August 2012 So why is leicester's away support so p*ss poor compared to home support? Answers please Probably because we aren't allowed 23,000 of our fans at away games.
1934 UTP Posted 16 August 2012 Posted 16 August 2012 So no answer then, 20,000 Leicester 'home fans' never travel away , big club? ha, ha,
1934 UTP Posted 16 August 2012 Posted 16 August 2012 Not allowed to take 23,00 to away games? good job you only take 1,815 then, not very good out of 23,000, 23,000!
Corky Posted 16 August 2012 Posted 16 August 2012 So no answer then, 20,000 Leicester 'home fans' never travel away , big club? ha, ha, Yes it is "piss poor" compared to the home support, because we can't take as many fans to away games as home games. So you, with smaller home attendances, will have a higher percentage of away fans following your team than us, because we get similar away allocations and far more than you at home. Do keep up.
marko Posted 16 August 2012 Posted 16 August 2012 So no answer then, 20,000 Leicester 'home fans' never travel away , big club? ha, ha, You had the lowest average attendance in the whole league, so you're hardly in a position to talk about rubbish support.
Craig Posted 16 August 2012 Posted 16 August 2012 So we've got over double their average home gate, and just under double their average away following, yet we're tinpot due to the percentage. Of course, this has nothing to do with the home clubs charging less for the Peterborough match as they're the smallest club in the division, making it more affordable for their away fans. Nor does it have anything to do with us having just 12 Saturday away matches, compared to their 16. We are tinpot.

I find it hilarious that we took 8,000 to Forest in the cup and that's more than the home fans at London Road every other Saturday.
