Dan Posted 17 November 2012 Posted 17 November 2012 Do people maybe NOW think these things even themselves up over the course of a season? Cos they do... Course they haven't. How is Leicester getting a legit penalty evening up that shambles last week? For what it's worth I thought the ref was a tad generous to us today but nothing game-changing.

Having been a football ref myself I can say with great certainty that some games one team scores you a ten, whilst the other team gives you a four. The next week it'll be the other way round. The best games are when both teams score you pretty evenly. There have been and will be refs who give bizarre decisions in our favour this season. And there have been and will be some who don't. It's just how it is.

Guest Col city fan Posted 17 November 2012 Posted 17 November 2012 How come you use so many lines for so little words all the time? Why does that bother you?

Unabomber Posted 17 November 2012 Posted 17 November 2012 Why does that bother you? Nah it doesn't bother me, makes it easier to see what's going on if anything. I was just wondering.
Guest Col city fan Posted 17 November 2012 Posted 17 November 2012 Aww. Can't you take a joke col? No? Didn't think so. I can take a joke with the best of em. As I said to you before Bert, I just don't find you funny. Nah it doesn't bother me, makes it easier to see what's going on if anything. I was just wondering. I type as though I'm talking... Get it? No? Oh well...
Bert Posted 17 November 2012 Posted 17 November 2012 I can take a joke with the best of em. As I said to you before Bert, I just don't find you funny. Don't remember that.... Must've been another of your posts that bored me. Anyway, it's all banter. You should try it yourself sometime.

Carl the Llama Posted 17 November 2012 Posted 17 November 2012 I'd rather you didn't with me Bert. I don't see you as funny or informative. Keep it for your twitter pals. Guess you've both got more in common than you think.

Keep biting though. No, you just upset me because I told you in the summer that I'd join you in L1 and get my belly out and twirl mi shirt round mi head whilst doing the Poznan. You didn't reply? What am I supposed to think? I wanted to be in 'Berts gang' and you spurned me!

But that's only because my life doesn't revolve around FT like yours does....
Haydos Posted 17 November 2012 Posted 17 November 2012 How was Whitbread's tackle dangerous? The founders of professional football are turning in their graves. What's Whitbread got to with it? I never mentioned him. You said "Referee's saying 'winning the ball is irelevant'". That statement is fine. So you think you should be allowed to do anything as long as you get the ball? Stop being simple.

acooling08 Posted 17 November 2012 Posted 17 November 2012 Col, how has it evened itself out? The referee got everything right today. Nothing wrong in our favour. Whereas last week the referee got 2 big decisions wrong against us.
Carl the Llama Posted 17 November 2012 Posted 17 November 2012 Fvck you acooling, stop being right about things.
Guest Col city fan Posted 17 November 2012 Posted 17 November 2012 Col, how has it evened itself out? The referee got everything right today. Nothing wrong in our favour. Whereas last week the referee got 2 big decisions wrong against us. For the last time.... Sigh..... It DON'T even itself out in the short term, but in the long term it invariably does. We will get games this season when we get more out the ref and the opposition fans will be fooked off. It's always been the case. As I said pre match, let's not be bothered about the refs, instead lets take our chances and finish games. We did that today, emphatically.
Corky Posted 18 November 2012 Posted 18 November 2012 It was a penalty, I wouldn't have complained had it been the other way. One of their midfielders lunged in on Dyer and got away with it, because he "played the ball", according to the ref's gestures. If only you'd had him last week, Zak.
