He works very hard but from what I've seen, Nugent is a better finisher.

Nugent-Beckford or Nugent-Vardy for me.

I'm actually shocked (doesn't happen very often on FT) at the criticism of Vardy already! How can we possibly conclude that he isn't good enough after 3 competitive games? He's played well in these games and his work rate is second to none. Give the guy a chance, I know this might be a new concept for some

Anyone saying Nugent-Beckford has forgot how total shit it was last season... 2 total strangers barely acknowleding each other, never-mind making passes, slotting each other through or anything else that hinted they could become a partnership

Vardy is doing great from what I've seen, many people's man of the match on his home debut & unlucky tonight... but still in there at the right place at the right time to get chances, certainly more than his partner did in the first half

I think we might lack Nuge's workrate & Nuge-Vardy is worth a start, although I'm wondering where Fructas is as any of the Becks/Nuge/Vardy could play with him
