There are many still alive that could be culpable.

Like his agent, manager, the people who looked after him at the BBC.

Other celebs that turned a blind eye.

Employees at that Children's home Where Saville would turn up with sweets and a semi.

Needs investigating and those who knew or helped should be punished.

So Freddy Starr denied any involvement, "I never appeared on a show with Jimmy Saville" so now they have found the tape with him on SAvilkes show and the woman who has spoke out is also there aged 14 - oops.

However he still denies it as he stands side by side with his pregnant girlfriend who is 38 years younger than him.

Why is it out of line?

Because it seems these women were sexually abused by some sick men who abused their powers to do so.

I'm sure they'd all rather it never happened.

It seems? It seems based on what? It hasn't been proven. Making these claims against Saville is no less out of line than suggesting some of these women coming forward might be opportunists who can sniff a pay out.

... and some or indeed all of them might be telling the truth.

But what is known is that Savile had nonce values. That's obvious when one hears him defend Glitter's actions.

Or perhaps poor Jimmy is just the victim of some scurrilous dubbing too.

I would think that 99% of the women claiming they were abused have genuine cases, but I would think a small few would make false claims if they think they can get a bit of compensation.

Well lets put it this way.

More than 20 women have given independent accounts of their abuse at the hands of Saville to the police.

After collating this evidence the Police have stated Saville was a "predatory sex offender."

The Police have also stated the independent witness statements corroborate each other with their similarity in how Saville conducted the abuse.

Sound pretty conclusive to me.

Good. If there is firm evidence, provided by several indepent sources, then suspecting him (albeit posthumously) is right and proper.

Just as long as it isn't just because "he looked like a nonce and he was creepy", because that can lead to mistakes, eg:

Why are13 year old girls incapable of making an adult decision? Ok 13 is young, but lets say a 15 and 364 days old? But the next day she can. Why can a 14 year old in some countries wake an adult decision but a 17 year old in other countries can't?

Yes 13 is too young, but any one who has hit puberty is capable of consenting with full knowledge to sexual intercourse, and instigating it regardless of age.

It is only a legal age put on it to protect the vulnerable, and it should be respected, but if you are a rock star and have 15 year old girls made up to look older throwing themselves at you and you sleep with them without checking their id, it is not the same as preying on underage girls like savile is accused of doing.

Err... ? kind of answering your own questions, here...
