Its alright saying that but there was a spate of cases a few years ago with the police getting innocent people convicted by massing loads of false allegations where the "victims" were only after abit of compensation money. You only need one incident with enough evidence to prove someone is a sex offender. Therefore no, it dosn't necessarily prove guilt.
