Solihullfox Posted 12 October 2012 Posted 12 October 2012 Row 20 , how long is the walk from new st station ? You could walk to Moor Street station from New Street, 5 mins, and then get a local train to Smallheath. You then have a 5 minute walk to the ground. Just don't shout your mouth off whilst walking and you would be fine. Means you could stay in the city centre for a drink or two rather than visit some of the dire pubs close to the ground.
K1FOX Posted 12 October 2012 Posted 12 October 2012 Bought 5 today. Booked train for 1049 departing leicester. Anyone on this? I'm on that one mate
Clarkielcfc Posted 12 October 2012 Posted 12 October 2012 Is it best to get train to new street rather than Birmingham international?? Which is closer? Buzzing for this, big atmosphere this season compared to last years!!
Finchy Posted 12 October 2012 Posted 12 October 2012 Is it best to get train to new street rather than Birmingham international?? Which is closer? Buzzing for this, big atmosphere this season compared to last years!! Birmingham International is the airport and it's miles outside of the city. So yes, New Street.
Soar Fox Posted 12 October 2012 Posted 12 October 2012 You can jump on any train they are not reservations like the ones to London usually are. Think I'll be on the 11.49 one though. Can't wait for this one now, especially with this international break. I'm on that one.
Fmfox Posted 13 October 2012 Posted 13 October 2012 whats walking from the station like? anyone done it before?

SemperEadem Posted 13 October 2012 Posted 13 October 2012 whats walking from the station like? anyone done it before? Did it last season, easy walk really takes about 20 minutes. There is a massive roundabout which is a tad tricky to cross but apart from that no problems.
Milton Keynes Fox Posted 13 October 2012 Posted 13 October 2012 So is it completely sold out or are we getting a new allocation?
The Year Of The Fox Posted 13 October 2012 Posted 13 October 2012 So is it completely sold out or are we getting a new allocation? Ring and ask?
Finchy Posted 13 October 2012 Posted 13 October 2012 Well I just bought 4 so it's not sold out. Unless they were the last 4...
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 13 October 2012 Posted 13 October 2012 If we have sold out nearly don't know why we won't get more allocation behind the goal, it's normally empty behind there anyway in the home end
FoxyJulez Posted 13 October 2012 Posted 13 October 2012 YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA got my ticket! guy said sold 2300 atm not sure what the allocation is though?
JonnyBoy Posted 13 October 2012 Posted 13 October 2012 we'll take around 3,000 there or there abouts, stop sweating
Fmfox Posted 13 October 2012 Posted 13 October 2012 google map says it takes over 30mins to walk...is there another route that people use or is it just estimating it takes longer than it does?

acooling08 Posted 13 October 2012 Posted 13 October 2012 Does anybody know how many rows there are? I know I'm quite high up but don't want to be right on the back tbh. Taking a mate to like his 3rd ever game (1st away so 1st game he'll get the atmosphere) and want it to be awesome so I can get him addicted!

The Year Of The Fox Posted 13 October 2012 Posted 13 October 2012 Tried yesterday and today to buy tickets online. But it doesn't allow me to. Looks like I won't be going Ring up! Not sure why people rather rely on the net to do stuff nowadays anyway. Much rather ring and physically speak to someone. Plus they know whether there may be one or two knocking around which they've not bothered to update the online system with
Tommeh Posted 13 October 2012 Posted 13 October 2012 Man U, Chels etc always had around 3,800-4k in prem games, I'm sure we'll be allowed up to this. Will sort ours tomorrow. Oh and if want to stand, stand, f'cking boring going on about how you hope to. 90%+ will anyway here.
FoxyJulez Posted 13 October 2012 Posted 13 October 2012 This may be a stupid question but does 'Away Stand Away Stand GMLB5 35/125' mean row 35 seat 126? as described in my confirmation email.
