As our Academy seems to be continually successful, I had a quick look and it appears as though a lot of our players are of foreign nationalities - thus demonstrating that we are casting the net further in searching for the next player to progress to the first team.

Just come across this goal from a Lithuanian Under 19 international we have called Simonas Stankevicius, and also a French player we have called Herve Pepe Ngoma seems quite a prospect too....

When are the academy gradings announced?

Not sure but we can acquire players further than a one and a half hours drive away. I should imagine we'll be grade A next season.

Pepe pulling off all those tricks is all well and good at that level, but I'm dubious whether he could get away with it in the Ch'ship or, hopefully, P'ship. Only time will tell.

Pepe's not short of confidence, is he?! Gotta control all of it though; against better strikers it won't always work!

In a couple of hours? France perhaps, but good luck getting to Lithuania that quickly without breaking a land speed record.

Don't underestimate my 1.3 1999 fiesta!

It'd only take 22 hours or £196 in fuel. But you know what I mean. Casting our net further than our country but you know... France. C'mon. It's not that far.
