Babylon Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 All i'm saying is that i'm very surprised that no-one wants to sign Danns or Beckford permanently. I'm sure they do. The point is if they are on £30k here and any other club will offer £10k on a permanent WE have to pay the other £20k. When you send them on a short term loan the other club is much more likely to pay more in wages as it's only a short term thing and not a three year outlay. So you might take 15k a week from the other team, saving you more money whilst also keeping the player as your asset. So that if by some miracle Beckford score 20 goals you have something people might offer 30k a week to take off your hands.
Happy Fox Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 http://www.thisisbristol.co.uk/story-17791447-detail/story.html? It is Huddersfield.
foxesfan1989 Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 http://www.thisisbri...ail/story.html? It is Huddersfield. Makes sense, link up with Beckford.
Simmo86 Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 Huddersfield haven't half been generous to us this year!

LCFC Todd Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 Huddersfield haven't half been generous to us this year! lol Let's hope they're even more generous in the Cup.
Babylon Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 They still have all the top teams to play again other than us, so could be a good move to help improve their team. Probably too far back to hurt us in any way, but they are more capable of taking points of the teams we need than someone in the bottom three. Could work very well in our favour is they beat one or two of those around us.
Guest Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 http://www.thisisbri...ail/story.html? It is Huddersfield. With the provisio that he doesn't play against us in the CUP I presume.
Babylon Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 With the provisio that he doesn't play against us in the CUP I presume. I'd write it in that they both MUST play against us
Soar Fox Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 Maybe we could send them Vardy as well. Then let them play in the cup, least we won't have to worry about them scoring.

Lets face it, even if Udders go on a great run, we would have to fall off pretty badly to allow them to cause us any trouble at this stage. That would be more down to the players still here than those two.

MattyFromLE Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 Not too bad of a signing i don't think You'll get lots of energy, enthusiasm and passion. If his technical ability was on par with the aforementioned enthusiasm he'd be playing in the champions league.
TrentFox Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 Not too bad of a signing i don't think he seems like a thoroughly decent guy and he needs/wants to be playing. A good deal by SG methinks.
Terrier Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 You'll get lots of energy, enthusiasm and passion. If his technical ability was on par with the aforementioned enthusiasm he'd be playing in the champions league. I think we'll get more out off him that Bristol city did
Ric Flair Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 He's good for a goal or two, usually late consolations though.
p.stromso Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 Is this just on loan or did it go through as a permanent transfer?
Happy Fox Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 Leicester City â€@OfficialFOXES Neil Danns joins Huddersfield Town on loan until the end of the season. He'll be unavailable when #lcfc face #htafc in the #FACup.
Babylon Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 What shirt am I wearing Bruv... Leicester reserves Bruv.
KFS Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 What shirt am I wearing Bruv... Leicester reserves Bruv. Looks more like a cricket vest to me, what is he wearing!?
