Bugg Posted 30 March 2013 Posted 30 March 2013 Players with a good football brain are in my opinion King, Morgan, James and Keane. Wood seems to have a poor footballing brain with the amount of hiding behind defenders, not closing down and generally being in the wrong position a lot of the time.

eddylcfc Posted 30 March 2013 Posted 30 March 2013 Most - kasper, wood and king. Least - the rest. They all sound thick as pig shit in all post match interviews. Marshall, DD and Keane especially. Interesting to hear people's thoughts on whether so called intelligence is an attribute on the football field with decision making etc? Probably not but IMO a 'footballing brain' is a key component. Some occasions this season I've wondered if they have a brain cell between them with some of the decision making or should I say lack of.
