If you were the new manager...

What changes would you make?

I'd get rid of Galager, Wellens, Beckford, Konchesky straight away, no matter what it costs.

I'd plead for money to get a real quality combative central midfielder.

I'd get a versatile wide midfielder who will be able to play well away at millwall rather than when times are good at the KP (I love Knocky but I really don't feel he the right player for every type of game)

...and the most important thing - a real leader - we're talking Taggart/ Walsh type who would put the fear of god in others who didn't show that fire. This is the most important ingredient we've lacked IMO. I'm not saying Morgan is a bad captain but he's not got that presence, I think Kasper is the only one but being in sticks he often just argues with the goal frame.

We're not that far off from running away with this league, we've got the technical footballers now we just need the other important 95%

(Top, I'm available from July if you need me)

I would get rid of some of the 'dead wood' in Gallagher, Wellens and Vardy. I'd bring in some older quality experienced players, players with championship experience, particularly a strong central midfielder.

Get rid of Konchesky, Wellens, Gallagher, Danns and Beckford.

Loan out Vardy and Futacs.

Bring in:

Alan Judge

Dean Whitehead

Zeki Fryers loan

Clayton from Crewe

Cameron Stewart

Nakhi Wells

Ebanks-Blake

Possibly a CB on loan

At the start of the season i thought Vardy looked good, showing fight and commitment but being young and not that experienced with this standard of footie he needed leadership from his manager not a bullying ogre which pearson seems to be.

Come on Pearson lovers, get your tongues out of his ass and start defending him again!

I'd bring Nigel Pearson in as my Assistant Manager and let him get on with it.

Buy a pair of big round glasses, put on loads of weight, smoke about 50 a day, break my nose several times, grow a moustache and write my team on the back of a fag packet.

You'd be sacked within two weeks for failing to take into account FFP then.

I'd let the new manager bring all the players we have out on loan back and see if he can motivate them and the ones we currently have left at the club - if they all played to their best (or better as MoN used to get players to do) then we might actually have a good team.

You love FFP don't you?

Personally I would be wondering who the big fella sitting behind the managers desk is !

I'd first learn how to spell all of my players names, then I think I would pull out all the stops to get John Robertson as my assistant and Steve Walsh as chief scout.

I try and get someone like Tony Cottee in to coach the attackers.

Anyway this is pointless. Pearson is to blame for everything so once has gone its easy street. The lads can just turn up srutt there stuff and we will win, maybe we don't even need a manager, just a few polls on here to sort out any issues

We need a defensive midfielder I think the most. If Keane doesn't sign for another season on loan then a centre back as well. we don't need loads of new players. I'd move on Vardy, wellens, Whitbread and maybe Konchesky, sometimes I think he's a solid le back others he just seems to give the ball away a lot.

If I were the new manager I'd look to getting in three key players. Firstly, a bigger, tougher midfielder to bring on when we are trying to defend a lead.

Secondly, a creative midfielder with pace and a good final pass, someone who can slot Nugent in on goal. A player who himself can score goals from range.

Thirdly, a quick attacking winger on the right hand side.

However, this is exactly what I said I thought we needed at the start of this season.

Sign schlupp up onto a massive contract

Sign a replacement for Wellens

Beckford 1 last chance (probably not very popular decision so I'll deal with all the boos by shouting and looking busy on the touchline)

Sign another LB
