NewburyFox Posted 29 December 2013 Posted 29 December 2013 England win Euro 2020, managed by the Wolves failure Stale Solbakken. And Wales somehow managed to climb to 8th in the world rankings. I'm not sure which is the more unlikely
GLC Posted 29 December 2013 Posted 29 December 2013 Decided i wanted to bring glory back to IKF Norrkoping, They've not won the Swedish title since 1992.
Dan Posted 29 December 2013 Posted 29 December 2013 I was Sigma on one of the FIFA manager games left them in £80mil debt. In my defence I was about 13.
GLC Posted 29 December 2013 Posted 29 December 2013 First signing is Adriano Spent most of my wage budget on him, but hopefully he'll be worth it.....
Dan Posted 30 December 2013 Posted 30 December 2013 Lille are becoming the new PSG. No win over them in 7 attempts for me now. My games against PSG keep getting moved due to the cup so I'll play them twice in about four games. I'm sensing this is the time I FINALLY beat the dirty cvnts. I've literally played them about 25 times using Nantes on 13 & 14 and I'm still yet to taste one victory
The Horse's Mouth Posted 30 December 2013 Posted 30 December 2013 Can't believe I've only just realised this, turns out due to the popularity/prestige of the Czech first division has increased. The top 2 gets champions league shots, thank god for that.

It stands at 18 games - with only 4 of them ending in a draw. 0-4-14. Pathetic.
GLC Posted 30 December 2013 Posted 30 December 2013 First signing is Adriano Spent most of my wage budget on him, but hopefully he'll be worth it..... Managed to keep Adriano fit for 15 out of 20 games, he's scored 12 Also, Managed to lower the debt by 900K, so we're now in the black!,
BlooArmeh! Posted 31 December 2013 Posted 31 December 2013 In my 10th season with Leicester, worth just over £1billion, now. My last original player, Knockaert, left me 2 years ago for around £1.8million... He hadn't played consistently for a couple of seasons, hence the low price tag. Been in the top 4 for the last 3 seasons. I'm very much a 'seller club' and tend to focus on the business side of things... Pretty bored of this save, now. We (Leicester) still have £20million worth of debt left, despite giving dividends every year and having an outrageous amount of spare money. Why??
RonnieTodger Posted 31 December 2013 Posted 31 December 2013 Weirdly doing much better in the Championship with Rangers than when I was in League 1. Won 13 and drew 3. Drawn Hibs in the cup, so we get a test of Premiership standard at last. Off to get pissed!
Fox92 Posted 31 December 2013 Posted 31 December 2013 Started my third season well. A lot better from previous seasons. My 9 points in 5 games (or whatever the board wanted) is looking well... Currently top after 8 games, scoring 26 goals in the process and conceding 7. Put 5 past Leeds, 5 past Barnsley at Oakwell and somehow beat Hull 8-0! Got Sterling on loan from Liverpool, the guy is fantastic. Played 8, scored 7, assisted 2.
Ross-Kemp Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 Just started the pentagon challenge. I managed to get offered the Jomo Cosmos & the Witbank Spurs job. I took the Jomo job as they offered a better transfer and wage budget, I'm currently 13 games in and top of the league (the board only wanted a mid-table finish) Word of advice to anyone managing in South Africa, trialists are eligible to play in league matches, so you can bring in players and pay them nothing !
Beliall Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 enjoy it, i had good fun at jomo, but be ready to have those budgets reduced try and stay at least 5k uder the wage radar by the end of the season to cover, and hang on to madoda motha. hes a goal machine. also if you find any angolan mids they can be good. i might start a new save and disable the updates this time, can you do that?

He came to Nantes. He beat PSG before me. He left before I've beaten them.
GLC Posted 2 January 2014 Posted 2 January 2014 Came second in the end, I'm happy with that. The new chairman has pumped money in to the club, i had 10mil to spend!! so i bought the following.... Kallstrom was transfer listed and unhappy. Larsson was out of contract, he was joining on a free, but i decided to buy him early. Hopefully i'll challenge for the Europa League
Beliall Posted 2 January 2014 Posted 2 January 2014 going to run steam in offline mode and restart the challenge! its been too long since my last fm session i need to get back on it. i wont be updating the game.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 2 January 2014 Posted 2 January 2014 I'm resisting doing the pentagon challenge for now, it's only a matter of time though.
Beliall Posted 2 January 2014 Posted 2 January 2014 i just tried to restart, couldnt get a job and didnt see the usual new game opion where you get to choose the update version. going to leave it a bit longer i guess
