cityfanlee23 Posted 11 January 2014 Posted 11 January 2014 Try a 4-2-3-1 Lb Cb Cb Rb Dm Dm CamCamCam (Not LAM or RAM, Just left and right of the Central AM) ST Striker - Deep lying forward, set to attack The middle CAM - Enganche, set to attack The Left CAM - attacking midfielder, set to support The Right CAM - Attacking midfielder, set to support Both Dms - Ball winning midfielders, Set to support The left and right back - Set to wingback, Automatic One centreback, Ball playing defender, set to defend The other, Central defender, set to defend Keeper set to Sweeping keeper and Defend Mentality - control Fluidity - fluid Instructions - High Tempo Stay on feet Hassel opponents (Take off if you get loads of cards...) I had good success with this but also disasters Retain possesion Shorter passing Roam from positions Much higher defensive line Will probably fail miserably but it worked for me when I tried narrow football! I cant post a photo on here but if you have twitter I can send you a photo of what it should look like?

Dan Posted 11 January 2014 Posted 11 January 2014 Is there any way of improving natural fitness? Maybe the 'natural' bit is giving that away but Jesus Christ. I've only just noticed that Omar Dob's is SEVEN which is abysmal for a 17 year old (although mine would probably be 0.5). He can hardly finish a game, it's awful.

Haydos Posted 11 January 2014 Posted 11 January 2014 Lee's got there before me. 4-2-3-1 seems to be a solid formation. Works with 2 DM's or if you've got a more dominating team you can just play them as CM's. Depends what team I put out what roles I play them in but I'm usually Balanced + Attacking with high tempo, direct passing, work ball into box, hassle players, run with ball and a couple of others.

Beliall Posted 12 January 2014 Posted 12 January 2014 do you not bother setting individual instructions for each player? or do you wait and see what they do first and do it gradually, like if your center mid keep shooting wide, tell him to shoot less for example

Leicester are perennial championship relegation candidates, falling into L1 twice (bouncing straight back up mind). Kasper Schmeichel saw out his entire career with the club, and is now Leicester's record appearance holder. Pearson was sacked in 2018 and returned in 2028 for a two year spell before retiring. Brentford, Brighton and Bournemouth are prem teams, Wrexham and Luton now championship strugglers, likewise Sunderland. Now to try and restore City's glory days - 30 years without prem football is too much.
