start with 5 countries in 5 continents too :P

I went with south africa, mexico, south korea, brazil, and england.

something in the new update is making it hard to get a job though. nov 2013 I finally got hired at paragominas. after starting the game in dec 2012.

good luck to you. I always have trouble getting deep into this game but this challenge changed that.

Really? I thought they fixed this update. I might get it loaded up later and see what happens.

What do you do in terms of playable leagues? Usually I load all the big countries but how do you go about getting jobs in other countries with this?

restarted several times tryimg to get the jomo cosmos job again, before just finding out how long ot would take. had skrill league side not employing me too. in the end a 3 yeae old clunlb gave me a job. quote realistic as I woulnt employ me either.

I start with 5 leagues and as my last game progressed I got restless and added more to see what jpbs there were. chose mexico as more chance gettimg a club than mls. will swap when I get rep. I fancy a job in china. lots of leagues but I never actually put it in

It was a long season in the end for Celtic.

 

After going on one of the worst runs in the clubs history, of only 3 wins in 17 prior to christmas, the Bhoys saw in the new year sat in 16th, with me firmly on the way to the managers office, 

 

I begged for another month and was granted time, deperately trying to drum up some january signings to try to turn it around.

 

OUT:

Danny welbeck who had score 2 in 18 was sold to arsenal for £9m

Victor valdes after only 6 months at the club after arriving on a free was sold to Paris st germain for 4.5m (He conceeded 59 goals in his time with us, with the centre backs averaging 7.2 infront of him, I think I found a weak link!!)

Ledley 1.5m to everton

 

IN:

Bernd Leno - Replacing Valdes was Bernd Leno from bayern leverkusen, Unhappy at his club, he was sold for £4m and fraser forster exchange

Perayra - £6m udinese

Gabriel silva - £4m udinese

Ajern robben - Loan (50% wages 80k PW Averaged 7.8 in 13 appearances, scoring 3 and assisting 11)

Ronaldinho - Free transfer (Played 10 scored 2 assisted 4)

Gareth barry - Free transfer (average player)

Emre cam - Final signing of january at £8.5m (£2m upfront the rest over 48 months)

Subotic - £7m and jores okore - Absolute monster. 18 appearances 11 goals (from corners)

 

Total spend £26.5m

Total sold 15.0m

From there we hit form! Winning 14 drawing 4 and losing 3

Including a 3-2 win at united, a 4-1 win at chelsea and a 2-1 win at tottenham.

 

Finishing the season in 7th

 

overall poorer than I expected but due to lack of experience on that bad run (Average age was about 23-24)

So will definitely get some more experience in this summer, Shipping out some of the younger ones who have deteriorated as players...

And will most likely move on barry and ronaldinho (Big wages, was desperate)

 

 

 

Update to come as I try to qualify for the champions league with celtic!

Expect there to be quite a busy transfer window, although I don't want too move on too many and disrupt the team, I need to, as I got it wrong last summer.

 

 

Enjoying the save, me getting into the 3rd season is an achievement, I normally leave and start a new one!

 

 

 

EDIT: Did not realise we had another game... beat fulham 2-0 and relegated them,

Arsenal lost and we swapped places!

 

Celtic 6th....

 

ARSENAL. 7th. Nuff said

I have *no idea, i started the game in February (Swedish start date) so i was closer to the world cup, got through to the end of the season and decided to check on Leicester, and this was a result! 

 

not the only strange result either! Man Utd beat Arsenal 12-4 and Crawley beat Oldham 14-0

 

Maybe downloading loads of workshop content screwed up some of the fixtures?

lol It sounds like it. Have you read any of the comments on the downloads to see if it's happening to anyone else?

Also Knocky is now worth £28m lol

I signed KNOCKAERT for Celtic, his potential had gone down to 3* in 1 season even though he scored 8 assists 9 and averaged 7.22???

Had a poor start too 2nd season so got in Arjen robbed on a loan, 3rd season it's Knocky/santi cazorla on the right wing! Santi on loan...

Knockaert has had 1 and a half cracking season with me and a poor 6 months.... In that 1.5 seasons of good form he averaged 7.63 and about 7.12 or something... His value is only 3m????
