Dan Posted 14 January 2014 Posted 14 January 2014 Was quality for me in the CAM mid role, I don't think he's much of a hussle and bussle midfielder though, which Is why i gave him a more attacking role. Averaged in first season of 32 games 7.21 in his first season where his current ability was only 2* He's my main regret though as I did significantly bolster that position and he didnt get much game time, I sent him on loan and it ruined him for me... If trained right can be quality IMO What year are you in? -- With regard to the young players, I agree it's realistic, Frustrating but thats the fun... If high potential players could slot straight into the first team, you'd win everything within 3 seasons. I try to sign Liam moore wherever I go, The lads been a monster for me! I'm about to enter my fifth season. I signed Rogic to rotate with Dob as I'm selling Micael, I could possibly play them both although a narrow 4-2-3-1 has literally never once worked for me. I never know what to play my lone striker as. I've agreed to sign Maupay on a free which is a steal. His deal at OGC Nice expires and although he ain't played much for me on loan (largely down to injury and no idea on what system to play) he'll still go on to be a quality forward. It's so hard to find a decent formation on this. Literally nothing's consistently worked. Nothing.

You get hammered 5-1 against the team 2nd bottom... My 5-3-2 was found out in the end so using my current formation for a while until I decide to "Mix it up" If you find one that works... Use it, once luck runs out, change to a new one, then go back after a few games. I read in the FM forums that it's a big feature on the game that with the overhaul of tactics, if you use one for too long, you get found out... Which is good really.. When leicester played with just a 4-4-2 we soon got found out.. now we change according to how we want to play and the opposition, we are playing well! I have Gino Perruzi who scored 13 in one season for me at RWB And a LWB who was quite cheap from Udinese Gabriel silva who chipped in with 9 Van Dijk the CB who was already at celtic scored 11 in his first season from corners!

My 5-3-2 was found out in the end so using my current formation for a while until I decide to "Mix it up" Me too, my right back who isn't very familiar with RWB and has finishing of 8 has scored a hatrick from there and about 7/8 in total and I don't even play that formation very often, let alone start with it.

I think I will be making "The ultimate 5-3-2" for my team, Normally I throw something together as tactics get a bit tedious for me, but a good solid time spent on it hopefully can produce gold!

True, I love wingers/inside forwards though but I find myself using the same 4-2-3-1 so might try wing backs at some point during my pentagon save. I started one up last night but a couple of months in and still unemployed, bit tedious this.

Mainly because I had to go 1 and a half seasons before I got an interview.... Just start at the worst club you can find and pretend they approached you

It's not that far in tbh, I'm sure some managers will start being sacked soon.
